New AdWords Fully Changing July 2018 WHAT!?!

Google Ads used to be AdWords is officially changing in July 2018. You will no longer be able to convert back to old AdWords!! This was supposed to not occur until the end of the year 2018.
As it turns out this is a rollout affecting some Google Partners but not others just yet. IE. this is the beginning of the transition.
