Every time I see/hear you speak of Paris, TX, I think of my great-grandparents who were married in Paris, TX in 1880. I have their original marriage license. Maybe I should frame that. Love your craft ideas, Baiyina.

I agree having authentic art in your home matters. I’ve had very good luck buying pieces from students at a nearby university. They need money and their work is usually not expensive - a win win.

Another way to get inexpensive art is to buy from artschool artists…college but even a highschool like Arts Magnet Highschool at Booker T. Washington down in the Arts District…my alma mater…
