Hi Tatyana, thanks for the recipes. In many your recipes there are Large egg, so what if the egg we use is small? Can we add one extra egg? How can be sure the proportion is right?

Can I use Log Cabin Maple syrup?

Oh, no!! It might not be the banana but your baking powder/ baking soda. Make sure they're not expired!
