Hi Alice I'm glad that you are exploring other venues in life. We are all ships sailing through turbulent waters hoping to catch the calm seas and anchor our vessel in a protective port. Life is strange and G-d only knows why we have to navigate through the rough waters. Sometimes I wonder what's it all about, why is life so challenging but it is that way. Thankfully we have people like yourself that encourages us to go that extra mile before turning back which makes all the difference to many. Looking forward to your next video.

I hope you know how much your support means to so many. Just wanted to say thank you. Severe tinnitus can be pretty isolating in a lot of ways, and one of those ways that is really worrying is that it often feels like others don’t believe or understand it. Such support and kindness is often a port in the storm for me. Hope you are well, and best wishes. Thanks again.

HI, I've had tinnitus since Nov 2021. At first it was very annoying and I felt just like you said (panic). I was afraid to talk to anyone about it for fear of being judged and not understood. eventually I began talking about it and I was surprised to hear how many people that I knew had the same problem. They all told me one important thing and that is to come to terms with it, in other words it will be part of your life and in time you will adjust to it, in other words it's just back ground noise. At first I didn't want to accept it but with time I was able to adjust to that reality and that is when I started to notice a difference. I had moments that the tinnitus didn't bother me at all and in fact I had to check in to see if it was still there. The people that I spoke to had tinnitus for many years and still have it but it no longer bothers them the way it did from the beginning. They are actively enjoying their lives. I guess the bottom line is to find ways to ease the stress because when I'm stressed I do notice my tinnitus more often. Good luck.
