Kicks were challenging, I got pretty tired! The whole practice, from beginning to end, with a beautiful savasana at the end was just right. Thank you for generously providing this complete practice! Amazing lymphatic activation session Bro Andrew…I can already feel the immunity boost as I had a sniffing nose before this practice & it’s all gone right after the practice! This in itself is proof of concept about the effectiveness of this practice. Wow….didn’t know you were in India 🇮🇳. May I ask which part of India? Amazing brother! I'm really glad to hear that this class proved effective 🥰 We were in Punjab, in Amritsar, for about 3 weeks for an intensive Kundalini training. We didn't really make any posts about it because our schedule was fully booked, and it was really a moment for us to step out of the teacher role and be a student 😉
@@ChadKinophile keep in mind that this sequence is extremely detoxify, as it's primary focus is on stimulating the lymphatic system. And a very common side effect of detoxification is to feel nauseated. So you're doing it well! 😉👍 But yes, it's a good idea to go more lightly, so as to not make it too uncomfortable. In time, as whatever needs to be released is gone, it will become much more comfortable and that nauseous feeling will stop happening.
