    Just what the Healer ordered! After night of emotional tears from the expanses of existence and minimal sleep, I'm astounded my body did so well with this one, it craved this release. The hardest one for me was the Har Har Har Har Har Har Haree, I wonder why? Bless you, Refeel, from Texas.

      The "Har har..." practice really stimulates Manipura Chakra, it requires a lot of stamina and provokes self confidence and determination. So it's good that it was challenging! It's helping you come back to your center from the challenging night before 💗

    Just finished the session. Despite the many worries clouding my mind at the start of the session, I now feel relieved and contempt with the internal and the external. Thank you so much! The ending (wherein we place our hands onto our heart with the intent of gratitude) was truly magical! Good reminder to stay in touch with our inner self. Namaste!

    Thank you for providing this practice! It's a great kriya for right now, with everyone getting sick. I loved the body drops, my kidneys are suitably flushed now. Kicks were challenging, I got pretty tired! The whole practice, from beginning to end, with a beautiful savasana at the end was just right. Thank you for generously providing this complete practice!     Andrew, your class keep surprising me and teaching me new things constantly! And this immunity boost class comes at the perfect time...big thank you! You made me laugh when you said doing the half-squat for 8mn was" ridiculous"...made me burst laughing, and I couldn't agree more!! 😂🤣

    Amazing lymphatic activation session Bro Andrew…I can already feel the immunity boost as I had a sniffing nose before this practice & it’s all gone right after the practice! This in itself is proof of concept about the effectiveness of this practice. Wow….didn’t know you were in India 🇮🇳. May I ask which part of India? Because I live in India & would’ve been great to meet you in person. 🙏🏻🙏🏻😇✨👌🏻👌🏻💪🏻💪🏻

      We were in Punjab, in Amritsar, for about 3 weeks for an intensive Kundalini training. We didn't really make any posts about it because our schedule was fully booked, and it was really a moment for us to step out of the teacher role and be a student 😉

    This heavy breathing during the movements makes me nauseous for some reason...Ig I need to do it gently ...

      @@ChadKinophile keep in mind that this sequence is extremely detoxify, as it's primary focus is on stimulating the lymphatic system. And a very common side effect of detoxification is to feel nauseated. So you're doing it well! 😉👍
      But yes, it's a good idea to go more lightly, so as to not make it too uncomfortable. In time, as whatever needs to be released is gone, it will become much more comfortable and that nauseous feeling will stop happening.
