Hi Chef Kunal . Your recipe is always easy to follow and creates tastes dishes. However too much oil, ghee, butter is not really very healthy. I do like your dishes sometimes I get worried about the amount of oils , butters that are used. Definitely artery clogging. Do you have alternatives to using too much fats??
Chef Kunal with due Respect 🙏🏻 ! I disagree, all Bhartiya Curries made from Tomato 🍅 and onions 🧅. There are lots of Bhartiya curries in which there is no Onion 🧅 tomato 🍅 and Garlic 🧄!
