    Ranveer ji aise hi log apko best chef nhi Kahte , This lauki kofta was out of the world.Everyone asked for the recipe ,I proudly told that you're the same person we recently saw on The Kapil Sharma Show.I live in America and whenever I see people like you I feel more proud on Our India.The way you give tips in every recipe is amazing.When I added soaked chana dal in kofta , it enhanced the flavor.My mom thought it's Cashews inside 😀.My husband Really enjoys the session where you shares history related to the dish.Keep spreading love and keep making such amazing ghar ka Khana videos. ❤️

    Its a story, i loved cooking when I saw your videos and it’s almost 10 years of marriage but wasn’t not much into it as I didn’t had passion for this : but later as the years passed I got depressed and was pushed in kitchen and when I tried to over come my long depression I took your videos to create the new things and one of my fav hara Bhara kebab ; everyone now is like I am the good food destination to them . I am a CA but now I am totally cook at home but love it . Thank you sir, my respect to you from a student 🙏

      Not only science but culture and history in a subtle way. Watch his video on Sev Tamatar a very basic dish of Gujarat and M.P and how beautifully he added mughal angle In it. Only Ranbeer Pra could do it. 👌

    Lauki Kofta recipe is really tasty. My husband does not like Lauki ki sabji but he loved this Kofta dish so much when I made it the first time that he keeps asking me to make it over and over again. The way Ranveer's expressions throughout the video is so awesome and his comments about his Biji's tricks makes the recipes look more authentic! He is just so natural. We absolutely love this tasty Kofta recipe. Thank you Ranveer.

    my nani , rajinder kaur would make lauki ke kofte, and after she passed away , haven't had it ever. i always repent not learning it from her. chanced upon this video on RUclips, and you left me teary. the koftas have the same shakal and the gravy has the same consistency as she made it. thank you chef. you won my heart.

    • @sayanibandopadhyay
      @sayanibandopadhyay 4 года назад

      @@kaypandey7221 Agreed but that too not as much as lauki ke pakore.... moreover while I make the lauki ke kofte or kachhe Kele ke kofte, I usually use potato for binding.

    • @mitalk7272
      @mitalk7272 4 года назад

      Yes,little Besan is enough as a Binder one can keep it roasted in advance n add in it.The recipe of shallow frying is as good as making pakora where by Besan helps it bind as potato or paneer would not have holded it together along with keeping koftas Mulayam within.Hence Besan does both the work of binding as well as maintaining softness within n most important retaining the Lauki taste!:-)

    • @mitalk7272
      @mitalk7272 4 года назад

      I have made this recipe my style with roasted Besan as binder before seeing RB recipe maybe 2urs back and don't like potato in Lauki kofta hence don't add,kofte ka maja hee chalaa jayega!

    He can make anyone fall in love with cooking! Can't thank you enough for inspiring. We all need to love cooking as it's the basis of health, nourishment and life. Just depending on apps and restaurants for our food is costing us hugely in every sense and we need to impart cooking skills to modern generations. Thanks a LOTTT RB !
