  • A sample diet plan if you wish to lose extra fat in the most healthy, clean, pocket friendly and easy way. This homely meal plan is all you need! 🙌
    I start my day with CCF drink, CCF stands for cumin, carrom and fennel seeds. Boil 1 tsp of each with a cup of water, strain it and sip.
    Lunch is a protein rich curry, I am having matar paneer. You may have rajma, cholle, channe, soya etc.
    Dinner is light, if you wish to add more than feel free to add a single, small piece of chapati preferably millet based.
    Before bed you may have a cup of herbal tea. I suggest to go for I’MWOW night time relaxing tea for a beauty sleep.
