you should look into silicone intake elbows to remove the resonators and also a turbo inlet with wider diameter to remove the stock inlet. I have a b58 racing silicone intake and a DAW turbo inlet

@@souljayt8411 Agreed. I mainly did it because I wanted a cleaner look and less-cumbersome engine bay. Plus, it doesn't hurt to get rid of plastics with aluminum & silicone ;)

Any difference with the intake pipe and resonator delete?

It's interesting - scroll down for TLDR.
I'd done the intake resonator delete and the intake pipe at the same time; DME unlock and BM3 stage 1 after. I don't recall hearing any intake and/or turbo sound after doing the intake res delete & intake pipe. But after getting it tuned on stage 1, I have since started to hear turbo whistle and spooling underload. I wanted to assume it's because the stage 1 tune has added more load (perhaps) and raised pressure to the turbo (certainly). However, under most hooning circumstances, the turbo sound is overpowered by the exhaust under a heavier load (say boosting from 4k rpm).
TLDR: I can definitely hear turbo whistle and spooling underload with the intake res delete & intake pipe, at least on a stage 1 tune.
