  • In this video we do a simple drill to practice your forward and backward attack. You should always be purposeful with every step you take. Always have purpose for your moves, leading to a positive outcome for you. This way you control the flow, the movement of your opponent rather than just reacting to them.
    Make sure to keep your hands up, get your head off the line, even if you are attacking in a straight line. Turn your punches over and take small steps instead of big giant leaps.
