Can someone please help me? I’m not able to receive emails for some companies. My credit card company capital one has written me letters telling me emails to me are being bounced back as undelivered, when trying to reset my Klanna password I don’t receive any emails.
If the email bounced back it could be a sign of having the wrong email address. If it's provided by your employer email usually means they terminated the email address. Is this a personal email? If so, can you receive any emails?

Have you checked the spam folder?

Didn't work for me because I no longer have the computer that I created that email with.
It actually doesent matter. If you know your password you can still log-in on other Devices.

No question is stupid and yes! As long as you're using the outlook client or app this should work.
