    Dear Sagar: Today from 2 pm I had been trying to solve this issue. Checked the internet, most videos on you tube ... nothing doing. Finally, around 10:45 pm, I saw your you tube. AlHamdulillah! It worked - and the time now is 11:10 pm. Thank you very much. Also, you kept it very simple and straightforward. Keep up the good work! God bless you!

    Great... That just deleted all my accounts and now I have to reconfigure all of them again... NOT HAPPY JAN!!! 😞

    I am using outlook 2016 at work on laptop, there is email from particular sender sending to our share mailbox, to me and to 2-3 people in the team. I have the share mailbox added to outlook so i can see the email got through the share mailbox but i dont see that email from my inbox. But whenever i am at home, i can see it in my inbox on my phone outlook app.
    I have checked with the other people in the team, they have received it fine on the mailbox. Did anyone come up with the issue before?
    I have tried delete and create a new outlook profile as well still the same.
    Can you guys please help me?

    Following steps from Control Panel is too risky, guys make sure you have all credentials before following these steps..

    Can you tell me where i can find this in windows 10? I have outlook 2013 on windows 10. I have tried everything. (Everything) It works on every other device just not this laptop. It used to work before they fixed the computer and reinstalled windows. Thanks for any help.

    There is much better, faster and SAFER solution. First you kill the Outlook process in task manager obviously. Then in "mail" You open first option "email account", not profiles, you select your account and you click "REPAIR".

      yeah that didn't work either. Nothing has worked...I have windows 10 I can't find the mail in control panel (can't find control panel and I HATE windows 10)...computer needed fixing for physical issue and they reinstalled windows...nine months later still not sending emails.

      @@tinaclarke704 You can always go to -> outlook.office365.com and check everything. Then you will know if it is an account issue or Outlook app issue

    Thanks for posting! I’m scared to delete my profile though - in my outlook I’ve sorted all my e-mails into folders and subfolders to keep it tidy. Will I lose all of that organisation if I remove my profile? I don’t want to organize them all over again...

      No it will not remove your folders.
