    The other vehicles you show keeping the rain out are not built with weatherproof interiors like the Bronco is.

      That's correct, though even with a waterproof interior, the operator doesn't enjoy getting soaked.

    It was designed that way, it's part of the self-cleaning design specified by marketing and implemented by the engineers.

    May have crap stuck in the seal.. seals are hollow and designed to drain

    Something happen with my friend’s 100k Porsche and other friend’s 2k Pontiac. When it rains water goes Inside if the door is open.

      It's not about rain water going inside with the door open. It's rain water coming off the roof directly into the cabin with no rain channel.

    I found that the auxiliary harness runs down the other side so I'm betting the main wires are right under the plastics right there......

    Put those things that go over the windows people use em so they can roll there window down an smoke in the rain without rain getting in, itd solve this

    Yikes... right onto where most manufacturers hide the wiring harnesses. Not like your pinch weld getting soaked all the time will be a rust time bomb.

      Especially since water will just sit in that lower channel. I suspect this will be a rust prone area. The harness is hopefully sealed but over time that could break down too.

    The must not water test the hardtops either cause mine leaked like a mother. Now the side windows leak too

      Some engines, very few in all. Many vehicles have issues in the first year of a new model. Hopefully they work out the kinks.

      Lots of companies do that. Bronco does go through a QA process but seems the build process could be improved.
