Hello Sweet Pamela! I live in Missouri (St Louis) but originally from down Arkansas way. Grew up 9 miles from the Arkansas state line. My family is from Arkansas. Beautiful drive with the changing leaves!!! Hugs!

We took our drive yesterday up hwy 7 then 16. It was GORGEOUS!!!
I really need to take a Hwy 7 drive. The only thing about this drive is that the trees haven’t turned their reds and oranges enough.

Pamela, I grew up in Missouri, about an hour north of St. Louis, and I miss the scenery. Here in Santa Fe, NM, where I've lived for the past 40 years, at 7000 feet elevation, we have lots of pine trees, and not too many deciduous trees, so I miss the brilliant fall colors, too. Ours here are more muted. But we have brilliant blue sky here, and wide open spaces, as well as beautiful towering mountains. Thank you so much for sharing this! 💖

It was a 4 hour drive

Wow, I don't have any leaves left on my trees. Beautiful country. I'm always amazed to see so much green. Living out on the desert green is only usually found on sage brush.
