- After 2 years fulltime traveling, I found the perfect setup for me. It has the most storage and the most floor space. However, this video is just the beginning!! When I get done with the new additions, this will be one bad-ass, beast of a camper....
The bed is also a recliner since the head sits up. I can comfortably sit straight up sideways with pillows at my back. It's a bed, a recliner, and a couch!Water is in front of the passenger seat. I have a camp stove in the rooftop box and a 12volt rice cooker that sometimes use inside.

Love those cabinets!! So glad to see someone else use a lounger for a bed. I do the same because I need to elevate my head to help with sleep apnea and sometimes those wedge pillows just don’t cut it for me. Enjoy!!

Thank you so much Jan. I have found everything I need to start with and everything I think I want in the future. The only thing I think I need now is that gray mat or blanket you put down over your foam tiles to keep them dry. You’re the best.
I already had one of those covers you put over a back seat for big dogs, so that's what I used. You could use a carpet pad

I love how we all see three inches of space and immediately think…hmmm what can go there or so and so will fit there perfectly lol. I call it mobile Tetris (which is actually my all time favorite game)!

That's about the sleekest and prettiest mini van set up ever. Everything has a place. The bed is perfect as are those wonderful cabinets. I'm thinking of getting your toilet set up for our RV. We have a nice bathroom but there are 2 of us and sometimes an extra toilet would be handy.

I enjoyed this. I have a 2023 Pacifica and my floor is very uneven. Nice that you can just put the bed in there. I had to make mine with each set of legs different heights. Nice job Jan. Glad you are back in your Van.

I wonder why I didn't? I know the floor is uneven and everyone groans about it. I have a 14" high steel frame which I love for storage. I keep 2 suitcases under there.

I really love the deck lounger as a bed and those cabinets. OMG I have been eyeballing them forever on TEMU but was afraid they weren't as they appeared. Even down to the toilet was great. I was hoping to see the front area of the van too.❤

I saw those cabinets a few months back and thought they'd be perfect for a "no build" van build. I think they would be great just about anywhere too. I am curious as to how well they will hold up in time. They appear to be sturdier than most plast type drawer/storage systems. I love the turqoise color too.

Yes, I love it. You can saw the legs off to level it if you need to. It has openings so the mattress doesn't mold, and you can bring the head up like a recliner.

Fantastic build and design. I love that you can always have your bed out and ready. I see some minivan travellers use a sleeping bag every night and the in the morning roll it up and put it away. They say it allows for more room during the day. Do you find you’re cramped for space when just hanging out in the your minivan with your bed arrangement?

You are so brave compared to me! I would be absolutely petrified to sleep one night in a vehicle by myself. I couldn't do it and hope I never have to. If I was a man who could handle a few guns, maybe.
Nothing could happen to me in my van that couldn't happen in a house or apartment. You can't start either of those and drive away from danger. Statistically, we are both safe, and we are here to experience life to its fullest. 💙🦋💙

Not much need to stand up if you can reach everything from the couch/recliner/bed. I travel more than camp and it's a plug in hybrid with 40 to 70 mpg! Drives and rides like the luxury car it is. 💙🦋💙
