I'm sure she has trauma from living in the NOLA area. She probably doesn't even realize it. Natural disasters traumatize entire regions. Kudos to her for working through it!! ❤️❤️
My mother used to wake us kids up in the wee hours of the morning. She would come into our rooms and say, "come on, wake up, we have to head out in a few minutes. Grab a couple of toys and we will have some toast and jelly and then we have to go". She would have the car completely packed, like this ladys car. She would pack all the pillows and blankets on the back floorboards to make it level with the back seat and that is where we would all sleep. My brother and I at one end, and my mother at the other. We would sleep in rest areas. I can't tell you how many trips to California, we made. My mother was a survivor for sure.

Cute set up! You've got lot's of great ideas! Magnesium Deficiency causes Charlie Horses, or muscle cramp in the legs. Take Magnesium Glutimate and I take mine with a chelated Copper supplement, because I'm a redhead. We are copper based people who need copper to absorb the Magnesium If you are stressed, or drink alcohol, you will lose your mag. cortisol causes you to pee it all out. also excess salt and sugar as in coke, etc. It's important to keep up your electrolytes too, so you can buy little packets to add to water. Also slicing Cucumber into water helps keep you hydrated. No need for cramps in your legs. Sleep with a bar of soap at the foot of your bed under the covers. It changes the ions in the air and keeps leg cramps away. Sounds crazy but works!

Great video. She has so many wonderful tips and is so organized - amazing. Gave me some great ideas. Love the CD pack to organize your chargers and cables, I'm going to use one of those in my house. Looks like a fun meet-up and she is a delightful lady. Be safe.
Hi Carol. 👋 I love her spirit and so creative.
I retired at 62 and applied for my state insurance…it paid for everything!
Holy moly…so much stuff. I like using cutting boards for trays. I do that in my home.
Awesome minivan setup with great tips! I love the cd case idea to store the chargers! She is so organized- love love love!!!!
I love her. She is just special. ❤
Hi how are you. Greetings from California, Good video. Hope you’re safe from the covid. Have a good week and stay safe 😃😘 Scott
I love the idea for the electrical cords. Genius!!
👏👏👏👏. A newbie who’s got even more, new and improved ideas!!!
She's done her research. 😎👍
I love this interview! She has been planning for this for a bit. I’m so proud of her!
She overcame her fears. That's brave! 👍
This woman is so inspiring ❤
💙🦋💙
Wonderful job. I am living in slidell, la. Eventually I will van adventure
Look me up when u do!
Loved her and glad she didn’t turn around. ❤️
Love the cd case for the charger cords idea!! I am going to store that idea in the back of my brain for later on!
I know! 😊 I learned a lot from her. She had several things I want to get.
Loved this interview! Thank you Jan!
Thanks, Jennifer. 😊
Sheila's almost got me beat in the over-prepared department! I found it hilarious that we had a lot of the same products in our car camping setup (I camp in my Hyundai Elantra hatchback). But she also had some really good ideas I hadn't considered.
That is awesome!
The cd case hack is pretty neat idea. I do the same thing. Happy she likes it too. She's so sweet and her van is lovely.
She is gorgeous, such a nice person.
I watch a lot of van life videos just to see what people are doing and living! This is one of the best ones I've watched! The lady was great and her voice I could get used to on a regular basis! Not being creepy just like her tones and pitch! Never made a comment like that before. Great video! Happy travels my friend!
Thank you, GMB. 😊 I know I saw a few things that I have to buy. Very creative.
@@ButterflyTracks Thank you for your reply! I wish you the very best life has to offer!
That’s so nice of you to say! I was always so self conscious about my voice, I decided to be brave that day and just do it and I’m glad Jan gave me that opportunity! Thank u Jan!
@@sheliafalgout5043 Well I'm glad you just did it! I hate talking on camera or to a crowd of people, which is kinda funny because I taught personal protection seminars for 30 years! I find it to be a mindset thing, when I'm on I'm on. You handled the pressure perfectly, don't change for anybody! Good luck my friend! P.S. Do you have a channel? I also have to say, I'm a 66 year old man. I don't do RUclips much unless I see who I'm supposedly talking to. Sounds silly now days but it's how I roll! Happy travels my friend!
@@gmb5370 I don’t have one now but if all goes well maybe by next year! We’ll see, thanks for the vote of confidence!
Love this_she’s got a ton of good ideas. And she’s so delightful. Thank you for posting this
You are so welcome! 🩵🦋🩵
She is absolutely wonderful 😊❤
Good advice 👍
I have the same van. It is so much fun to see what others have done.
Such a small space and can be done so many ways. Very creative. 👍
What a lovely lady, you have a very nice van….it looks so cozy. Great job with your van.
We agree! 🦋
Great to see her taking the leap of faith. I know she’s going to own Vanlife lol she’s living within her comfort and I’m sure as she goes along she’ll make adjustments. One lesson you learn real quick is keeping Vanlife fluid knowing it’s ever changing. Very sweet human. Wishing you all safe travels
