Mr.G is amazing. I just got through my freshman year. I had to get through mental illness, family passing away, problems with money and health problems. But every single time he saw me being upset or even had a slight frown of my face he would always pull me aside and tell me everything is going to be ok and give me a hug. When my brother was in the hospital he was absolutely the only teacher who I trusted to tell about it and he didn't tell a soul about it. Mr.G is one of the best people I know. I love him❤

I have a substitute teacher at my school. My school is fairly new, 12 years this year, and she's worked every year. She is definitely retired, and worries me sometimes how much she works. She only works because it brings her joy and because she wants to pay for her grandsons college tuition fees. She such a lovely woman and I want to do everything I can to do something great for her before I graduate.

I'm no Mr. Rogers in teacher form, but from the point of view of a teacher who tries - Just make sure to let these people you value know that you value them. That's all, just tell them. I would appreciate some over the top gesture, but it honestly means the world to me to have a kid stop in my classroom and talk to me about how I've helped them and that they appreciate the effort I've gone through.

After I graduated I have recently learned he has passed away and I wanted to thank every teacher out there that truly does believe they can make a difference in a kids life. NO matter how hard your students tell you they don't care..They do.

He is an Angel I’ve had him several times once in middle school and I loved him right away and then again in high school I just graduated last year class of 2020 and I really miss him especially now during this pandemic because I use to see him at church sometimes on the weekends before anything Covid happened and closed everything but now that church is open again with rules I don’t see him anymore and sometimes I worry about him and his wife I wonder if there ok if they’ve been safe if they need anything I really miss him he always makes me feel better and be in better mood and he knows my dad and my sisters and he always asked me how my family was if we’re doing good if everyone is healthy and after I answered all of them he said god bless you guys he’s a very religious man and never mixes politics and stuff like that into talking about god and everything like some other people who are religious but have also gone to the military and love this country he’s an amazing person 😭 I’m scared that something happened to him or his wife during this pandemic

I really wish that parents of teenagers would watch this and learn why this man had an impact on these kids. “He makes you feel special.” “I love them. I think they are wonderful.” It’s not hard, but it must be genuine. How can anyone look at teens and not see their potential, which I find so exciting? It is one of the greatest thrills to talk to one of them and see what is going on in their life and give them a peak into their future and show them how many good things they have to look forward to, that they cannot see, but you can. As adults, parents, teachers, coaches, neighbors, we’ve all been through adolescence and young adulthood, and we’ve survived to tell about it. On top of that, we can see that even though that young person might feel like they don’t fit in, or they feel miserable about where they are now in their lives, we know that they have great potential. We can see the time when they finally grow out of their geekiness and into being cool and confident about their future, and working hard towards their goals. That is SO exciting. So today, find a way to listen to them, and let them know how really special they are.

Wow... just wow. I love what you guys do at Dudebenice ! I wish my teachers in France were this thoughtful, devoted, kind and open-minded. However, that's not at all the case. I'm in university and my teachers are condescending, they discourage us ... I would love for the French educational system to change !

YOU CAN CHANGE IT, Fashionista! Teachers who are condescending should be reported to the police! I KNOW I made a difference in the lives of the children I was so blessed to teach! I am sending prayers to you!!!
