Wouldn’t it have been easier to put a dome in the mold so it would create the dimple? Also, you can use smaller marbles for feet.

Are you saying that making perfectly smooth concrete jars is by using silicon moulds. The video says perfectly smooth concrete jars but this is more about 3d printing.
