Loved these two so much! The 20 mins just flew by and the speed to that berg at the end there was so awesome! Has some amused looks from the peeps in my gym 'cause I was laughing so loudly hahahhaha. Thank you for a great hiit workout
Just did a row-along with this on my alternative brand of machine (beginning with C ending in 2), but when you say 22spm on the rest I struggle to get it that low so upped the resistance to 8, guess that's the difference between real life rowing and machine rowing, works well though, nice to see some stunning scenery on screen instead of the inside of a gym! Might help people if your editor could maybe add some timers on screen as I can't always hear when you're counting in over the noise of the rower's fan unless I crank the volume right up. Thank you for sharing, excellent video 📹 👏
I'm rowing on the machine for the first 5 times in orange theory and 22 spm is really hard without resistance. Working more of the legs and full body core to go at medium speed works. I think it's a fast row in and a slow row back. The corework and power in my legs saves my lower back.
