- In today's episode I finish this custom 1/8 scale Pocher Lamborghini Huracan Avio. The journey has been not as smooth as I would have liked with this kit having many issues with fitment, but in the end, I was able to sort most of the issues out.
The finished model will be revealed in the next video, so stay tuned to the channel!

I can't believe how beautiful this is
Now for a pocher huracan done to the style of a LB Silhouette Works Lamborghini Huracan GT.
I loved this entire series. I always enjoy watching someone with a high skill level and confident mentality that can approach an expensive model with no fear. I look forward to the Skyline, and every future endeavor.
Amazing work Rob. Nice to see the issues fixed and seeing the model come together. Love the detail in the wheels 👍
Amazing car.. Well done Rob
Cut springs. Reminds me of every P plater in an old Commodore.
Excited for the final result.
Absolutely fantastic job Rob!!The model looks so good and sharp. Also thanks for all those tips and tricks with the model.
My pleasure!
I've now finally caught up - from 1 through 8 - what a journey of discovery it has been! Thanks a million for a great series of teaching [you] and learning [me]! What next, I wonder?
Wow! looks amazing 🏆🏆🏆
I have been following the process of your model and I am fascinated with everything you did and the updates, congratulations 😃
Thanks so much 😊
Love it 😍🔥🔥🔥
Very beautiful model
I put together two Pocher one is Ferrari F40 and the other one Ferrari Testa Rosa about 25 years ago. That was lot of work! I didn't know one can still buy a Pocher model kit today! I still have a Pocher Porsche kit that I do not know if I am going to put together. I enjoy watching you to do one!
There are a lot of second hand Pocher models on eBay for sale
I'm absolutely loving watching you build these. True stress relief for me. I do have a question: With these die cast model kits, the metal (at least with paint) generally doesn't have the crisp lines around the edges which production cars have. Is there any technique you've found that with more time invested could preserve the crisp lines and edges of the sheetmetal and carbon? On a macro scale, 1/8 models have only slightly better edge definition than a 1/18 in some cases. Is this a product of the painting process used? The 4-5 coats probably make an impact.
As I paint these models in automotive paint and 2K clears, I tend to apply more coats and thickness compared to model paints, so some of the crispness gets lost. But I would rather have that and have a super glossy finish you get from automotive paints rather than model paints. Glad you are enjoying the series. Cheers
SOLD!
I love Cars
Do you have video or photos of the mod you did on order to fox the doors closure? Did you thin the door panel thickness if I well understood ?
Looks amazing great job next one F40?
That's the plan!
Hi rob. How many paint did you use for the model ?
if do you have filmed how to open and cut the suspensions' springs I will thank you.
I'm from India and I want to buy this model kit......I checked at the official site but it was unavailable, can you please provide me the link to buy this
Can a 12" G.I Joe fit in the car (without looking out of scale)?
If you don't mind a 9ft tall figure, sure, go ahead.
which carbon decals did you use?

What type of glue do you use for that?
I primarily use 'Bob Smith Industries' glues for everything, Insta Cure and Maxi Cure for most bonding, and for clear parts, I use their Super Gold + which is a non fogging superglue.
@@ROBSMODELCARS Great info. I should get one. Thanks!
hey pal where is it made??
Pocher's website is UK based, but I don't know where they are made
Hi bru

These are sold out from Pocher, so try model shops or eBay
🤔
its not a Huracan... its pronounced... URDACAN... the H is silent and the R sounds like a D... its a spanish word.. not italian or english..
