It's cool they give the left and right side drive options, not many kits seem to offer that.
With the amount of mistakes Pocher made on the Lotus 72D instructions, I'm 100% positive they made quite a few on these instructions.
Its cool you have options for which side to put the steering wheel. I'd have put it on the right side myself because the car was sold to a British person in Britain.😊
You can really mod that interior to add flocking to the seats, dashboard and headliner to replicate alcantara with carbon fibre on the door cards, centre console, seat backs and outer edges and door sills. Even adding yellow accents to the centre console and on the seats to really make it pop as you’d see in the actual cars.
That was the first thing I thought when I saw the floor pan....needs a good Flocking.
You have some pretty good ideas for modification! If you build this, I would be interested in seeing how you modify this kit. Personally, with my modeling skills I'd restrict myself right off to just adding carpet. With the cost of the kit, a plain ol' plastic floorboard just doesn't cut it.
It looks okay but I'd be very disappointed that after all of that the lights don't even turn on. I can't find anything on their site that shows that the headlights and rear lights light up.
This kit looks interesting, and it would be as close as I could get to owning a Lam. 😆
I just got my kit so this video is very helpful ,but i have just 1 question ,if u have MT 01 and MT02 could u please let me know where they go thank u &keep the videos comind
I believe this is actually a model kit. Most of the plastic parts should be painted for a more realistic appearance...
Nice looking kit, thanks for sharing. Also, i LOVE your JAWS sweater, super cool. Have a great Holiday Season.

What a kerfuffle! 🤣
Looks like the basic details have been skimmed over to make the build a bit easier especially when there are no electrics to play with. Knowing Pocher of old (their FIAT racer and other early models) it will turn out fine.
to keep the cost down I think the BODY PARTS PAINTED YELLOW DOSE NOT BE NEEDED TO BE PANITED AND I CAN CHOOSE MY OWN PAINT COLOR LIKE HIGH GLOSS BLACK NOT SOLD IN THE USA SO I AM OUT OF IT
Need a lot of Mods to bring it up to better quality
Bit of a bummer not Available 'across the pond' as they say
I thought the same thing. But I suspect in time it will be. I think when the Lotus first came out it was restricted to the UK. But now it's available in the U.S through Hornby Hobbies.
That's a first seeing parts for both left and right hand drive!
Just a thought as an alternative to glue. Where there is access to the ends of plastic lugs, maybe use a hot knife end to soften and spread them out like a rivet? Then they can't move, especially if the pin has melted to the surrounding hole. Also, for example the steering column in this model, maybe melt the end so when the steering wheel is pushed on it cools and melts to the wheel.
Believe it or not some glues do this...
What I'm also curious about is whether it is a new model or is it the same as the orange version with a different color 😄? Henry
good vid thanks lee
Great vid 💞🙏💪
This would have been a good candidate for another 24 Hour Marathon Live Build. Don't tell me you haven't been feeling the call to do that again!
It would take 24 hours just to find the parts on the sprue tree lol
Apart from the colour it looks more like an airfix kit
Thought with you being a Brit thought u might use the right hand dashboard as if i got this kit i would have built it as a right hand drive car!

Hi Wayne, shout out from Montreal. Have been following your builds for a while now... since you've set up present shop. I am also building an Aventador from Pocher. Thanks for pointing out decal error in step-2 (Ms-01).
Now, in the non-numbered step on page 6... we can see screw B pass through the lugs of part K006-02 then screwed into part K002-01. Shouldn't the said screw pass through part K002-01 and THEN screw into lugs of part K006-02???
I need to check that
Another thing... In stage 6 it's easier if you put part K#05 in place, unscrewed, before K#01. And finally, in stage 7, parts R-04 and R-05 are labeled "right" on the sprue instead of left.@@WorldofWayneUK
I cringed every time you put a decal on and then handled the part kept expecting you to end up with a decal stuck to your finger, but looks a good build
I have the lamborgini sian very wicked
Wayne why did you leave the burrs from the sprues? (Steering wheel and centre console) love the channel.
I cut most of off camera. Well the ones I could see. My eye sight aint what it used to be lol :D

Probably silly question. always wondered about the pocher models. There any painting required? (like airfix)
No. But you can touch some stuff up if you want to
Hello,
You have my full attention.
A quick question, can you see the color difference between the plastic parts and those made of metal?
This is also on my wish list. The Lotus has been removed because it has too many imperfections in my opinion.
Henri,
Drenthe (Netherlands)
I can't but you are asking the wrong guy. I'm colourblind. The shade look the same to me and I can see the difference. Its very yellow
@@WorldofWayneUK Thanks for your comment.
I'll keep following it. Good luck building.
I built the metallic blue Aventador roadster a few years ago, there is a slight shade difference between the plastic and metal parts but it’s not that noticeable on the finished model.
BAD NEWS FOR USA THIS KIT IS ONLY SOLD IN ENGLAND NOT USAall I can find is a BLACK F1 RACEWR
Only Lamborghini I like is the Muira
But the front headlights hav got eyelashes on each side.... not cool
Why did you called 1-2 stages with Lamborghini Aventador LP 700-4 Giallo Orion? There no stages, just box full kit.
The instructions still come in stages
I’m a bit disappointed when you chose left hand drive as you said because it’s Italian. It doesn’t matter the origin of the car to determine if it’s left or right hand hand drive. It’s mainly of the country. As you’re in the UK, just like me, I would have wished you would have chosen right hand drive, but it doesn’t matter as everyone has their own preferences
Sorry this kit looks so cheap and nasty not like the quality of the other cars out there
Well that’s how modern cars are
Nonono, just like the other die cast model ,lots of works to do for making real looking models, pocher's product quality not the best, but good challenge for make it ,I have also build the 1/4 Ducati and 1/8 Lotus, the parts a bit not well fit , but really fun in progress and enjoyable 😁
Looks a bit too plastic to me
The full interior is plastic but it can be painted. The exterior and suspension parts are metal
Looks like such a cheap model
Great video, thanks. Don't they make any 1:8 ROllses or Bentleys? I'd have more patience to do them than the Lambo.
I saw some when I visited Hornby but they said the tolling for them was lost a long time ago. Check out this video ruclips.net/video/8FKdZHz4CfY/видео.htmlsi=mxo0q-UEy5C4wRhn
What I'm also curious about is whether it is a new model or is it the same as the orange version with a different color 😄?

I'm waiting for a sequel🤣🤣😇
