Bee Waifu it actually makes sense if you think about it. You can find Fawful in the underground sewers as the babies and he talks about the events of superstar saga. The shroobs could have invaded the past and the present. Bowser captured the shroobs in the past and brought them to the present. Then fateful came and the events of BIS happened.
Me too, it's actually the very only M&L game I haven't played and from what I've heard, it's the one with the least amount of sales. A remake would've been a great way to make it more accessible.
Seeing the Shroobs reminds me of just how screwed up the whole Time Travel thing was in PiT. Considering the Shroobs invaded in the past and it didn't effect the present at all then it could have meant 1 of 2 things; They traveled to an Alternate Timeline or the Shroobs would have been stopped by something no matter what they did. The Alternate Timeline thing was debunked by E. Gadd when what you did to him in the Past effected him in the Present leaving that the Shroobs would have been stopped as the only answer. The only thing that I think could have potentially stopped them is Kamek leading the Koopa Kingdom Army against them which could potentially explain how they were found here. That could explain how the Shroobs were originally defeated before E. Gadd altered the timeline by send Peach back in Time causing the Butterfly Effect to change everything.

The E. Gadd thing is bullshit anyways, it doesn't make sense that he gets the memory in the past and only in the future he "remembers" about that thing and builds the water pump. They should have made the scene so that baby mario spits water in front of PRESENT E. Gadd, and that's why he only gets the inspiration in that moment. Would have been much more coherent.
Well, technically, luigi did in the end. Without his younger version crying, they wouldn't know the cure to save the past, thus the whole timeline would have been fucked.
I think these Shroobs are the same ones that beat adult Mario and Luigi when they invaded Toad village, maybe that's why they are especially confident and tease them during the fight (which no Shroob you fight does). Was it too much of a coincidence? Xd

Now that's just pure sad, why everyone underrate Luigi so badly in these games? Like it's just sad that most people are mean to luigi because he's not brave hero like Mario, they don't know that Luigi is the most caring brother at all time. He could sacrifice anything to save his bro. Damn.... he even broke through his fear of Boo's and went to Boo Mansion to rescue Mario. Most of times Luigi just reacted to it angrily and with courage but some could see that this bullying really upsets him and that way he hides that it actually hurts him that bad that it saddens him. This Shroob scene was moment where Starlow really broke through his mental wall, where he was just too sad to pretend to be courageous. I really like that in Luigi and i hope that he'll be treated better, not like "worse bro" or "just a green stache".

If so, that means bowser either got his hands on the bodies of the dead shroobs and froze then for some reason, which seems unlikely because bowser was not in the past at that time. (Baby bowser was, but what would he want with them?) So that means a second invasion came and bowser SINGLEHANDEDLY stopped the entire invasion. Bowser is the biggest chad I’ve ever seen.

It also comes to my mind that since they are a plant based humanoid aliens, they could also reproduce like plants on the soil. Now with new M&L games coming out, maybe well get to see a remake of PiT, or heck even a Partners in Time 2, where the ice keeping the shroobs get melted and they can have their grand return. I think I've solved the riddle of why Bowser takes Peach. So, back when Mario was a baby, he was with Yoshi right? Yoshi beat Bowser and then presumably headed for the Mushroom Kingdom. I think Bowser may have followed Yoshi and saw that there was a Castle and went inside. That might be when he saw something, or rather SOMONE that he could steal as payback. Peach....... And that, is how Bowser got his habit of stealing Peach. This also means Partners in Time happened not too long after Yoshi took Mario to the Mushroom Kingdom.
They already made the models for the shroobs and their bosses. They could change some things from the original like special attack blocks and a x boss ring. So why wouldn't they remake Partners in Time?
This is just insulting because we never got a partner's in time remake and likely never will and the fact that Alphadream, The developer of the Mario & Luigi Series went out of business and the discontinuation of the 3DS doesn't help matters either.
A Partners in Time remaster would never have saved them, and considering they remodeled all of the boss shroobs i assume they would have done the remake if they hadn’t gone bankrupt but they did Bowsers Inside Story first hoping as it was the more popular game it would do enough to save them
A PiT remake could’ve sold even worse than BISDX. They chose BIS because it’s the best selling game in the series. The only reason BISDX sold horribly was the timing. The 3DS was long gone already and everyone had moved on to the switch.

yeah there Partner's in Time there are 2 timelines for some reason. Maybe the timetravel created second one and caused the history to change and so Shroobs attacked in new timeline while in original one they didn't. Mario and Luigi from original timeline went through Superstar Saga events and helped their young selves. It's seems like Inside Story takes place in new timeline, so we are playing as matured baby Mario and baby Luigi i guess. That's breaks my mind. Why nobody never thought about it?
Just imagine: A new mario & luigi game. Due to unfreezing the shroob trio, the other shroobs don't unfreeze as fast as the trio, but unfreeze later on. There would be a cutscene at the beginning of the game giving a flashback to BiS of mario and luigi shutting off the freezer. The shroobs break out along with the twin princesses and try to reclaim the mushroom kingdom, along with a new character which would be a shroob king. There would also be an x boss arena included with the game.

This is just insulting because we never got a partner's in time remake and likely never will and the fact that Alphadream, The developer of the Mario & Luigi Series went out of business and the discontinuation of the 3DS doesn't help matters either.

y'know knowing that alpha dream willingly skipped partners in time, that's probably why they went bankrupt
A Partners in Time remaster would never have saved them, and considering they remodeled all of the boss shroobs i assume they would have done the remake if they hadn’t gone bankrupt but they did Bowsers Inside Story first hoping as it was the more popular game it would do enough to save them
The reason I think they went with BIS was cause It sold much better than PIT

A PiT remake could’ve sold even worse than BISDX. They chose BIS because it’s the best selling game in the series. The only reason BISDX sold horribly was the timing. The 3DS was long gone already and everyone had moved on to the switch.

yeah there Partner's in Time there are 2 timelines for some reason. Maybe the timetravel created second one and caused the history to change and so Shroobs attacked in new timeline while in original one they didn't. Mario and Luigi from original timeline went through Superstar Saga events and helped their young selves.
It's seems like Inside Story takes place in new timeline, so we are playing as matured baby Mario and baby Luigi i guess.
That's breaks my mind. Why nobody never thought about it?
Just imagine: A new mario & luigi game. Due to unfreezing the shroob trio, the other shroobs don't unfreeze as fast as the trio, but unfreeze later on. There would be a cutscene at the beginning of the game giving a flashback to BiS of mario and luigi shutting off the freezer. The shroobs break out along with the twin princesses and try to reclaim the mushroom kingdom, along with a new character which would be a shroob king. There would also be an x boss arena included with the game.

Ugh the 3ds bowser's inside story is so ugly. The music is worse and everything is slower like the Special Attacks.
Atleast the only thing that made this remake better is Dark Star and Dark Fawful having their own battle themes.
