Blueberry Muffins | Quick And Easy Blueberry Muffin Recipe
Ingredients:
All purpose flour - 1⅓ cup (170g)
Baking powder - 1½ tsp (6g)
Salt - ¼ tsp
Milk - ⅓ cup (80ml)
Oil - ¼ cup (60ml)
Sugar - ½ cup (100g) + 1 tbsp
Egg - 1 (large)
Vanilla extract - ½ tsp
Blueberries - 100g (fresh)
Bake in preheated oven (190°C) for 20 - 25mins
Made 9 muffins
