Some of us eats a lot like a lot but never gain weight or gain fats if you are lucky you can eat whatever the heck that you want without worrying about your weight or getting fats
A lot of people have said they find this funny which I respect and I'm glad they enjoyed it:) but I feel this did a really effective job of how easy it is to be susceptible to eating disorders and peer pressure, even from people you don't know, this was a really good film and I admire it!

I kinda felt like this going to dinners with a couple friends the other night. I'm starting to realize how my eating habits are affecting my happiness. I ordered my usual keto approved steak and broccoli, as did my keto buddy, and sadly watched as our other friend enjoyed her appetizer sampler platter. 😢
