A lot of Indians lack civic sense on how to take care of themselves, respect people around them and also the surroundings. It's unfortunate that we again and again have to make citizens understand in regard of this. This is not a matter of drinking alcohol per se, as I myself have witnessed how outside of India, foreigners in their countries are in public spaces, drinking, socializing and having a good time involving with their recreational activities with respect to their surroundings and other people's spaces, be it may family or bachelors there is no difference. There is a positive aura, when you go to these spaces regardless of the crowd in contrast with here in our country, where recreational activities turn into a public nuisance and environmental damage. So unfortunate.

Informed this to one of my classmates in Rajasthan who is a spokesman of congress and active politician. He said he will bring that to the notice of administration. Hope things will change.

Mount Abu is beautiful hill Station especially the nakki Lake area & beautiful temples but the Gujarati people come there drink and make the place dirty. (My inlaws house is in Abu Road we were there last week we had the same experience in Mount )

I don't think there is anything wrong with drinking in public, when I visited the UK, the USA, I have seen people sitting out drinking, I too used to hold a beer bottle while walking.! The real problem is how you behave. There people do not interfere in other's businesses.! Or throw waste. ( proper bin for waste disposal is available)

As for now, having entered Rajasthan it's advisable if you slowly start habituating Rishi with a scarf covering his ears. It's a new concept as far as Rishi is concerned. Now onwards as you journey north wards you will face more windy areas which will be harmful for Rishi. All terrains henceforth for all the three other than you are new territory. Climate change will be quick and fast. All of you must be careful with your health. Journey so far is excellent. Mount Abu is totally a shit place, not worth the effort time and fuel spent. Udaipur Kota Jaipur Jaisalmer etc are all good places. Sujith as you said " KL- " is an issue, but is in turn a blessing too. All non residents malayalees will easily identify and reach out to you. It's raining heavily in Pathanamthitta. stopped for some time now. Eagerly waiting for 1200hrs. All the best 👍

As for now, having entered Rajasthan it's advisable if you slowly start habituating Rishi with a scarf covering his ears. It's a new concept as far as Rishi is concerned. Now onwards as you journey north wards you will face more windy areas which will be harmful for Rishi. All terrains henceforth for all the three other than you are new territory. Climate change will be quick and fast. All of you must be careful with your health. Journey so far is excellent. Mount Abu is totally a shit place, not worth the effort time and fuel spent. Udaipur Kota Jaipur Jaisalmer etc are all good places. Sujith as you said " KL- " is an issue, but is in turn a blessing too. All non residents malayalees will easily identify and reach out to you. It's raining heavily in Pathanamthitta. stopped for some time now. Eagerly waiting for 1200hrs. All the best 👍
