LA native here, Cafe Sierra has always been a high quality buffet, your review makes me want to pay a visit since we were there precovid, but at current prices we may have to leave the kids at home

Messy food is the BEST food 😂 I never hesitate to order ribs, spaghetti, nachos or any other awkward food that ends up all over my face on first dates 😂😂😂 keep being you 😊

So nice you went back and saw old friends. That king crab was Ginormous! I know you like prime rib but I would have gone with the duck - twice. For once I am watching you eat lovely seafood and I get to have it for dinner also. I'm making shrimp scampi with lots of garlic and some pasta. Greetings from Corvallis Oregon.

This is an Ultimate Buffet. And the best buffet you've been to in a while. Happy to see you're back in the United States. The lobster and the king crab are impressive, but I really wish you would not ruin it by dipping it in New England clam soup. You want to taste the lobster and king crab by enhancing the flavor of it with melted butter and a little tiny bit of fresh lemon. I just don't know why you want to mask the flavor of top quality seafood with a cream soup. I guess to each their own. The buffet is beautiful. Thanks for showing us 👍🏻♥️🇺🇸🇺🇸
It was nice to see that after the difficult couple of years, that things were just as good as they were before and with most of the people there as well 🙂
You got a workout to go with your meal! And I do like how many of the desserts went for more refreshing/bright flavors like pineapple to cut through the richness of the food!

The Meats and Seafood look wonderful, the hot foods; there really wasn't anything here I didn't want to try along with Tim Lee, Let's Go!! Even the desserts were beautiful and tempting!! My stomach is grumbling watching this one!! 😊

I'm eating dinner here this Sunday. I will have: Lobster and King Crab legs 5-6 times. Prime Rib/Lamb 2 times. Shrimp Cocktail (6-8 pieces), Oysters (6 pieces). Pork Belly, Roast Duck, Mustard Greens and Asparagus.

Great review Tim!! They closed and reopened with a vengeance by doubling up the prices(sniff sniff). At one time, they even give you a Free dinner on your birthday, as long you bring someone. Honestly I prefer Vegas buffet…lol!! Because I feel the quality and prices is less expensive then Cafe Sierra. Thank you again for your great videos!

Wife and I are huge seafood buffet lovers. We've noticed the decline of the big king crab legs post covid in the L.A. area. Your worldly buffets are amazing to watch. We live just north of L.A. and now plan to eat at Cafe Sierra soon.
I do inquire about why buffets don't include king crab and lobsters anymore and most places mentioned not the prices skyrocketed in the last year. Glad to see it coming back.. slowly 😃
Also alaska cut quotas on crab not too long ago . Hopefully temporary. This is a good thing long term so like lobster stays sustainable. I could live at the oyster lamb rib, etc statations and wait till crab pops bloom, they will. I want a soft shell blue " burger" double crab , 2 poached eggs or 4, runny and a half stick garlic butter! Like now! Gonna go make a toasted cheese with mayo to quiet my tummy. And runny eggs! Got like 4 packs of muenster on sale 75% off. My favorite.
Btw cheese sealed rarely goes bad and ill eat mold if it smells ok. Most harmless but can always cut out and my dogs dont notice and 100000x our sniff power. Dog dont touch it neither should us! Never happens here at home and no illnesses from food. Think b4 you toss! Actually may boost gut biome. Wash down with kraut, pickles or kim chee. Or all 3!

You are back in Los Angeles at the Universal Studios best seafood buffet eating the lobsters and King Crab legs unlike the Imperial Japanese Buffet with a expensive price, but no seafood. You even have lobster mac and cheese. You can’t says no to a pizza and good lamb chop, and more lobster something. Then there is the fattest piece of prime rib and duck. You usually get noodles, but this time you got pizza. Next time get a big salad, haha!!!!! The desserts are awesome 😃
It certainly very different from the Japanese buffets. And I must say, that was probably one of the best ducks I've had.. so juicy and succulent. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion if you're in the area, but it is a bit on the pricey side..🙂

Another fun video, Tim!! I have been there years ago and it was excellent, but @ $139 I will have to save it for a very special occasion. I am intrigued at creating a sushi hand roll dessert...start with a chocolate tweel filled with fruit and perhaps a mousse concoction? Anyway, thanks again and God bless!
We’re taking Mom for her 90 yr birthday. She loves seafood. BTW- The Hilton dishwasher must of run out conditioner rinse. That cloudy wine glass is not dirty, it’s hard water residue.

(no skillet or toaster, but, hey, old people I'm 58) have to take the MANDATORY Food Menu. I wish I were able to walk, work (who knows at my age), and. not to bring you down. Our mom repeatedly told my sister and me, "Never grow old, girls."
Tim what is that walk uphill I thought you rode a car? This is a AYCE buffet so any changes in price is expected but the foods are amazing. As always Tim you took us again in a wonderful and delivious venture in food country. Yeah good and healthy fats with meat with salt, pepper, powdered garlic to me too , less carbs and vegetables is the real deal . We eat to live i deed.

That looks fantastic. And the staff all love you. It looks like it's worth the price. I am headed to Seattle and while we are there will try a buffet you recommended a year or so ago, but after that, this place is on my list.

You are back in Los Angeles at the Universal Studios best seafood buffet eating the lobsters and King Crab legs unlike the Imperial Japanese Buffet with a expensive price, but no seafood. You even have lobster mac and cheese. You can’t says no to a pizza and good lamb chop, and more lobster something. Then there is the fattest piece of prime rib and duck. You usually get noodles, but this time you got pizza. Next time get a big salad, haha!!!!! The desserts are awesome 😃
It certainly very different from the Japanese buffets. And I must say, that was probably one of the best ducks I've had.. so juicy and succulent. Would definitely recommend for a special occasion if you're in the area, but it is a bit on the pricey side..🙂

Another fun video, Tim!! I have been there years ago and it was excellent, but @ $139 I will have to save it for a very special occasion. I am intrigued at creating a sushi hand roll dessert...start with a chocolate tweel filled with fruit and perhaps a mousse concoction? Anyway, thanks again and God bless!

We’re taking Mom for her 90 yr birthday. She loves seafood.
BTW- The Hilton dishwasher must of run out conditioner rinse. That cloudy wine glass is not dirty, it’s hard water residue.

Thank you, so much! This is my first time watching your channel. We are only allowed a mini-fridge and microwave. (no skillet or toaster, but, hey, old people I'm 58) have to take the MANDATORY Food Menu.
I wish I were able to walk, work (who knows at my age), and. not to bring you down. Our mom repeatedly told my sister and me, "Never grow old, girls."

Who can afford this place ? 140 for a buffet. The food looks good . The dessert looks good.
Tim what is that walk uphill I thought you rode a car? This is a AYCE buffet so any changes in price is expected but the foods are amazing. As always Tim you took us again in a wonderful and delivious venture in food country. Yeah good and healthy fats with meat with salt, pepper, powdered garlic to me too , less carbs and vegetables is the real deal . We eat to live i deed.
