Wow the M Resort really knows how to keep a buffet looking pretty. It all looked cooked and / or presented very nicely. The nigiri looked like it was made using fresh fish too. Awesome video Tim!
They really did a good job! I actually asked the chef why they didn't make it larger, and one of the things they were concerned about was the quality of food and service if they had more diners
My one buffet pet peeve is when they don’t keep up with the presentation and it gets messy - you don’t find that with the higher end buffets usually (Wynn, Anthony’s, Bachanal, etc.)
Such a great idea to add the béarnaise sauce to the salmon. The lobster tails looked tasty. We need to go back here if we can get a reservation.😁 Excellent review as always!

@jamesdove8021 He does one buffet per week so it makes sense for him to try everything. It is not like those people who only go to buffets while they are on vacation in Las Vegas which is why they would want to eat only the gourmet big items.
Tim looks like he is struggling not to pass out at the end of this buffet vid The old M Studio Buffet was the best. I would drive across town to hit that line. So to hear the M has a Brunch Buffet open again is welcome news. So perhaps they will expand that format a bit in the near future. It would be really welcome. I dine vicariously through these Buffet vids as I can imagine just how great everything tastes. The advantage is that you don't feel so stuffed full of goodness that you cant stuff down another bite and you can't even get up to walk out. After this M brunch Buffet I would sleep for a week trying to recover. I will dream of dancing Lobster and Lamby chops singing in chorus tonight.

We stayed a Ball's twice so remember how great the Sterling Brunch was before it shut down. This Sunday brunch looks just as good if not better. Thanks for being able to show it and taking one for the team by trying a little of everything. I may have gone straight to the lobsters, crab and shrimp and followed up with the meat, but glad to see you tried different item.
The sterling brunch was quite memorable and I recall it took a long time to get reservations… was it easier to make reservations when staying at Bally’s? There is quite a wait for reservations at this place too😯🙂

I can definitely attest to the fact that the meats are the best I've had at a buffet. Especially since they're a steakhouse, they need to live up to the name I guess 😃
Tim, the lobster/crab omelet was a great idea. Also I love the idea of using a credit card concierge to line up a reservation and letting them find cancellations for you. I've probably seen this buffet reviewed about 6 or 7 times, and still looks yummier than the Bacchanal buffet for the quality of item (not just the variety).
Yummy! Great selection at Vegas buffet especially the AYCE lobster and dessert. Everything looks so good. Love your 120 second rule . . . I won't tell. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Tim, we went there last week to celebrate my husband's birthday. It was amazing. I agree it's the best quality buffet anywhere in the Vegas area. I do have a question though. When you walked up to the hostess stand , I didn't hear them ask if you had a reservation (which are completely booked through next April). Did you have one or were you lucky enough to just show up and they had a waitlist or something like that? I really would love to go back is why I'm asking. Great video.

the sushi you didn't know looked like hamachi. Everything Edwin was carving up looked good and I guess it was, every thing you tried was better then the last...that looked like a lot of lobster but using some for the omelette was a great idea. I deffo would go for one or two of those pineapple desserts myself.

First of all, I can’t believe they didn’t have a legitimate creamer for your coffee! Instead they put it in abnormal cup? Balderdash! 😂 Second of all, my philosophy when it comes to buffets *(especially* when lobster is involved) is, always walk in with a strategy. Always be judicious, and never waste precious stomach space with things like casseroles, fruits, veggies, or anything healthy. 😂 The lobster and crab omelette was a fantastic idea, Tim! And of course, I love the fact that Béarnaise sauce was such a prominent theme here 😋
I've stayed at the M a few times specifically for their buffet. It doesn't really matter if you're a big eater, the food quality was extremely good in all my experiences.
When the food jumps on your clothes- 😅 quickly wipe off the excess then rub an ice cube over the stain for several seconds. Then wipe again. The ice hardens the fibers so thr stain can't soak in - letting you wipe more of it away. Not perfect but I've had good luck with it! Love watching your vlog! ❤

Yes it’s true. I tried to make a reservation 2 days ago and now the wait is 11 months! What!!!??? So I’m on the wait list and they gave me a reservation for July 2024. I made it for when they open. You can get in sooner if you go later in the day. But we don’t like to eat heavy too late in the day.
This one was a bit of a wait. Usually, I use my credit cards concierge service to reserve for places that are hard to get into, but even then, there was significant wait. To be honest, once the opening/cancellation appeared, I booked a flight to Vegas for this buffet. Luckily, flights from Vancouver to Vegas is about $100.
I do have a few tips for booking places. Usually, I’m pretty busy with regular work and really can’t plan or reserve anything in advance. I have a credit card with a concierge service, and heavily rely on them to the point of abusing the service😀 to book everything and arrange for permission to take pictures and video. This one, however, what is a challenge even for them. I did have them call back from time to time to check for cancellations. Once an opening was free, which was a little bit easier because it was just for one, I had to fly out that weekend 😀

Oh wow! Such an incredible assortment of yummy food! I don't think you are like Mark Weins at all. You are casual and less pretentious. I'm amazed how you have gain such a knowledge of all the names of these decedent foods. It is ok to say that you don't like something if you don't. People want realism, not everything is so wonderful BS all the time. I don't how you can eat so much! I would love to be able to try all those incredible dishes.

Honestly, I think I would prefer to spend the $99 and visit this buffet instead of the Wynn. The quality and taste you showed with this buffet makes me think I would definitely not be disappointed. You said "béarnaise" 96 times. I counted. LOL!!!

There is a bit of a wait for this buffet. When I called in it was a couple of months, but a few people mentioned in the comments that they are booked 11 months out! Typically, I use my credit cards concierge service to try to get the table or ask them to keep calling for cancellations. For this buffet, once there was a spot available, I had to plan my Vegas trip around that 🙂

First of all, I can’t believe they didn’t have a legitimate creamer for your coffee! Instead they put it in abnormal cup? Balderdash! 😂
Second of all, my philosophy when it comes to buffets *(especially* when lobster is involved) is, always walk in with a strategy. Always be judicious, and never waste precious stomach space with things like casseroles, fruits, veggies, or anything healthy. 😂
The lobster and crab omelette was a fantastic idea, Tim! And of course, I love the fact that Béarnaise sauce was such a prominent theme here 😋

I've stayed at the M a few times specifically for their buffet. It doesn't really matter if you're a big eater, the food quality was extremely good in all my experiences.
The quality is superb....I'd be happy with the prime rib alone😋

When the food jumps on your clothes- 😅 quickly wipe off the excess then rub an ice cube over the stain for several seconds. Then wipe again. The ice hardens the fibers so thr stain can't soak in - letting you wipe more of it away. Not perfect but I've had good luck with it!

Yes it’s true. I tried to make a reservation 2 days ago and now the wait is 11 months! What!!!??? So I’m on the wait list and they gave me a reservation for July 2024. I made it for when they open. You can get in sooner if you go later in the day. But we don’t like to eat heavy too late in the day.
Wow! When I booked it, it was a couple of months out, but I did not realize it reached all the way to 11 months now! It is quite popular.
How far in advance did you have to make a reservation for the buffet? I’m hearing you have to make a reservation six months in advance. Is this true?

This one was a bit of a wait. Usually, I use my credit cards concierge service to reserve for places that are hard to get into, but even then, there was significant wait. To be honest, once the opening/cancellation appeared, I booked a flight to Vegas for this buffet. Luckily, flights from Vancouver to Vegas is about $100.

I do have a few tips for booking places. Usually, I’m pretty busy with regular work and really can’t plan or reserve anything in advance. I have a credit card with a concierge service, and heavily rely on them to the point of abusing the service😀 to book everything and arrange for permission to take pictures and video. This one, however, what is a challenge even for them. I did have them call back from time to time to check for cancellations. Once an opening was free, which was a little bit easier because it was just for one, I had to fly out that weekend 😀

This was probably the best buffet in Vegas. Would highly recommend if you’re in the area.😀

Oh wow! Such an incredible assortment of yummy food! I don't think you are like Mark Weins at all. You are casual and less pretentious. I'm amazed how you have gain such a knowledge of all the names of these decedent foods. It is ok to say that you don't like something if you don't. People want realism, not everything is so wonderful BS all the time. I don't how you can eat so much! I would love to be able to try all those incredible dishes.

He doesn't find them out - they are wearing name tags. And nobody wants to hear these people's names, but he does it solely to make himself look good, even though it actually makes him look creepy.

At this point it is important to keep things in perspective.

Honestly, I think I would prefer to spend the $99 and visit this buffet instead of the Wynn. The quality and taste you showed with this buffet makes me think I would definitely not be disappointed. You said "béarnaise" 96 times. I counted. LOL!!!
I would have to agree there! Even at $99, it is still very good value considering all the lobster and meats you get 😋
Great video Tim very professional But as an devoted fan of the Sterling Brunch I don’t think it lives up to my memories . That said, it does look worth checking out when the weather is cooler

There is a bit of a wait for this buffet. When I called in it was a couple of months, but a few people mentioned in the comments that they are booked 11 months out! Typically, I use my credit cards concierge service to try to get the table or ask them to keep calling for cancellations. For this buffet, once there was a spot available, I had to plan my Vegas trip around that 🙂
