    My favorite is taking it one day at a time. I used the affirmation ‘just for today’ from AA when I was in early sobriety from my addiction. I’m now coming upto 12 years sober! 😄

    My top tip was to find other dopamine hits besides turning to food! I love to read, exercise, and laugh- you are so right comedy is underrated!

    Yes on keeping to a list for the grocery store! I now order my groceries online and have them delivered because then I don’t see all the other bad food choices! And I keep to my list, not to mention it saves me a lot of money!

    I will definitely be trying the potato hack.. I did that with veggies this week and I was able to eat steamed veggies all week long

    Listening to HE, I’m considering traveling everywhere with cooked potatoes and oatmeal packets in my 👜 HE travels with her veggie steamer. Chef AJ travels with her small-size Instapot. The most difficult part of eating out, for me, is finding dishes not cooked with added fats. My stomach hurts and is bloated like a balloon for a couple of days after eating out.

    You are so right about the grocery stores! Best of all I find is to have them delivered. That way you buy your list and nothing else. Those store pickers for your on-line shop don’t get tempted on my behalf!

    Yes. The freezer! Cook in large(ish) batches and store in the freezer. Love the other hacks too.

    Freezer! I love stocking it with refried beans, cooked sweet potatoes, cooked rice & millet, soups, s.o.s free burgers, fruit and veggies.
