Yes on keeping to a list for the grocery store! I now order my groceries online and have them delivered because then I don’t see all the other bad food choices! And I keep to my list, not to mention it saves me a lot of money!
Listening to HE, I’m considering traveling everywhere with cooked potatoes and oatmeal packets in my 👜 HE travels with her veggie steamer. Chef AJ travels with her small-size Instapot. The most difficult part of eating out, for me, is finding dishes not cooked with added fats. My stomach hurts and is bloated like a balloon for a couple of days after eating out.
My fav was live in the now and don’t get anxious looking into the future. I do that all the time! Also, the warm cup of tea tip works great. Thanks Emmie! Love your videos.
