Everything you say in this video and your others I've watched. It's really simple just makes so much sense. I wasn't really feeling Keto or any other diet. Picked up The Starch Solution because of you and your videos are really helping. Just getting started and am really excited to finally lose the weight just by changing my relationship with food. I'd love to work with you when I get a job again.

I don't subscribe to cavemen 100,000 years ago yet I believe our bodies were created by God and we are meant to take care of them and feed them the foods you teach. They are homes for our spirits and these whole foods are the best fuel to give us great health and clear minds and make the best of our lives so we can serve and bless other lives. Been really diving deep into your youtubes as of the last month... but discovered you a year ago... the concepts you share in such detail are filling in missing pieces that i've been wondering about forever. AND... there is ZERO oil residue in my sink & kitchen. OMG! it's like heaven to clean now after food assembly... AND, this means my body must have the same thing going on with it in terms of yucky oil residue and can deal with the bits of gloop that are on it. i already look good, but, my areas of concern (thighs) are going to love this metabolic enhancement. So timely - I've noticed the struggle with food coming back a bit for me and while I know it's all emotional, old habits are so easy to step right on up. Love your white home...:-) And the kittens...:-)
Get some plants in that crib girl! So good about hunger and fullness. When I do the starch solution style of eating, I am FULLLLL after a big plate of veg and starch, like my body says, "DONE EATING!" BUT, my BRAIN wants more pleasure chemicals so wants to nosh on snacky things, like potato chips or animal crackers. There is no way that I'm "hungry" at that point, it's the drug effect from food that it wants. So I can see it will take time to neurologically normalize after a lifetime of eating for drug effects. No way to get around that. Peace!

Actually, for me there is a fullness lightbulb. There is a sigh that always happens, if I eat slowly enough and am listening. That sigh happens when I am done, when I am full, when my stomach wants no more. I have heard other people mention this over the years too. Now, hunger signals are different! I don't have a sign for that. :)

It will great to review from time to time. Is this behavior something that can be changed...will it at some time become second nature after years of not listening to my hunger?
