    Hey Lindy, I just did the arm workout for the first time. Killed my shoulders, LOL. I'm going to go 3x a week. I walk outside, so I'm going to do that 4x a week to keep up with you ladies.

    I would recommend measuring circumference at the largest part of your bicep... also if you have a shirt with a tight upper arm sleeve, you can tell a lot by how it fits!
