How to disconnect mat plug in Mercedes W176, W246, W166, W204, W212, W213 and a lot more

Damn why in the instructions that you sent me by email indicate that this large connector should not be disconnected??? And here in the video you disconnect it!!! My fingers hurt from following the instructions!!!
