Hobrauhaus - one of the best place to visit in Munich. The atmosphere is simply great. I was there in 2010 and immediately stroke up an acquaintance with a firefighter from Texas, two Canadians, one Brazilian, and a bunch of Irishmen. It must have had something to do with the local beer... ;o)
Munich isn't a city, it's a suburb of Germany. I've never seen so many mom's with strollers walking around in my life. It is a great city with some really fantastics sights, attractions and history but it definitely moves at a slower pace.

Munich is a great place, Viktualienmarkt's beer garden had some great table waiters, highly recommended.

At this point the money was already more delightful in Munich. And the tourists of course are always lovely to spend time with.
