Fab guys, well done. Hope you feel better now Kayleigh bless you! How happy did Chris look to be diving into that breakfast at the end haha! So would I too mind. Hope he enjoyed it. Really hope to catch up again soon, maybe grab a coffee after a run. Take care🙂
Thank you DeeJay 😊 I was absolutely fine straight after, I don’t know what happened?! I’ve never been like that at the end of a run - something upset me that day! I wasn’t sick thankfully, but it was touch and go haha! Aw yes that would be lovely! Keep watching the pages and I’m more in the habit of posting where we’ll be now, weather permitting 😊 thanks for watching and you’re right - Chris loved the breakfast haha!
Ah Mansfield and Middlesbrough, my two world's connected! Great video again. You should definitely try this one in the Summer, the Park is so beautiful in the sun!
Ah a parkrun I have run. Did this August Bank Holiday weekend 2019. It was a very sunny weekend, there was a music event on in Middlesbrough with tribute acts, think the headliners were a Queen tribute act. Really lovely park and flat, loved the course. 8/10 from me. Not sure if the guy doing the first timers welcome was the same, it probably is, but back then his hi-viz had "500 volunteers" written on his vest. 😲 If it is him must be over 600 now!
Aw amazing Tony - that sounds like an awesome weekend! We loved the course too ☺️ such a nice on to run around, despite the weather! Alan, giving the first timers briefing, was on his 350th Parkrun that day so must be a different guy - but great achievements all the same! Thank you so much for watching and commenting ☺️
Well done guys, I'm very impressed by the way you can chat during Park Run, I have trouble stringing two words together 😲 If you think the conditions were bad then you should have been at the Hastings promenade Park Run ! Even the seagulls had moved inland to seek refuge ! 😂
Wow that must’ve been bad for the seagulls to move 😱! Thank you for watching and as for the chatting, it’s only when we’re at a steady pace, if we were going fast I think it would be a very boring video 😂😂. Thanks for taking the time to comment, we’re glad you enjoyed it! 😃
Thank you guys! We appreciate it! 😃 oh no that’s a shame, there were lots cancelled here too! Hopefully the storm that’s coming this weekend won’t have the same effect! 🤞🏼
I like the course, I try and run it when in the area, visiting the Mother-in-Law. Is quite hilly! When dry you can hear the cockerels crowing at the Start! 😊
That discussion about where Mansfield is made me laugh out loud!! :) With Storm Ciaran incoming, I'm keeping my fingers crossed we can all get to parkrun in four days' time. It's going to be my 250th parkrun and 100th parkrun location this coming Saturday. Hopefully it will be at Potternewton in Leeds if it doesn't get cancelled #fingerscrossed
😂 geography is not my strong point!! Aw fingers crossed Kendra 🤞🏼 and massive congratulations on some great Parkrun achievements! We hope you get there okay and enjoy the day! Hopefully we’ll catch up with you at a Parkrun soon 😃
Don't know if you guys have heard but in the coming months Sunderland will be getting a new parkrun. I'm part of the team setting it up and we are in the last stages of the setup
Aw yes we’d heard thank you Paul - but we didn’t know how close it was to being sorted! We’d love to come and film at the inaugural event if you’d have us ☺️? You can reach us at hello@those2runners.com, or on Facebook @those2runners if the team would be okay for us to come along! We’d love to help promote it 🎉
Wow! Some of those rainy runs can be tough. I could totally see someone slipping into the river though. Some of my shoes, I've found, are just awful in the slippy rain. It actually looks like a pretty nice ParkRun though with all the greenery and it looked flat. What happened to Kayleigh at the end of the race with her being sick? I know I've had a few close calls like that in my racing careers but never actually gotten sick. Looks like a cool race and thanks for taking me along. 5K for me on Saturday and building up to a half in 2 weeks. I am totally ready for it too.
Thanks Eddie! Thankfully the slipping wasn’t too bad, but I can understand how someone fell in the week before, it’s quite unforgiving! Thanks for your concern as well, I was okay, my stomach just flipped and I thought I was going to be sick - that’s never happened before, but thankfully it passed and I was okay 😊. Good luck for your races - we can’t wait to hear how you get on! Make sure to drop us a message and let us know and thanks as always for the support!
Have you guys only got 620 subs…. You deserve WAY more than that!!
Ah thank you so much for saying that, we really appreciate it ☺️ thanks so much for watching and taking the time to comment! 😄
@@those2runners you guys should try to get a crossover with @benisrunning or Andy @fodrunner or @scottishparkruns

Thanks for watching John! I’d agree it’s a lovely course but I’m sad we didn’t hear the cockerels! 😂

That’s one of my hometown parkruns (making me miss home)
Aw thanks for watching Hazel! Sorry we made you homesick though - I bet the weather is much better in Oz! 😃
Respect to them marshal's for being out in that weather 🙈
Absolutely Stu! We said the same - they definitely have the toughest job in the bad weather! Thanks for watching 😊
