Parkrun content is the best ben. Don‘t sell it short. It is so honest, hands on and familiar for lots of us. I really enjoy this „casual“ content. Keep it up Ben and never forget to enjoy the journey.
I think people love parkrun content because it's so relatable and "accessible" to the majority of us "casual" runners. Don't get me wrong, the elite stuff is fantastic too, but there is absolutely no harm in covering both ends of the spectrum! Keep up the fantastic work. Oh, and get yourself down to Great Cornard parkrun one Saturday, we aren't that far from you and it'd be good to have you there :)
Nothing like a parkrun PB! I get my sister, who is far quicker than me, to be my pacer when I’m pushing for a personal best, always feels like a team effort when we cross the line 💪🏻
I paced my 11 year old niece on her first 5k run last Sunday. She ran it in 28:28, which impressed me a lot. It was also quite enjoyable for me so I will be doing more pacing, perhaps on a few half marathons for 2 hours or something so I can get my easy miles in while enjoying the run. Ps. Keep doing these things. It's what most of us came here for in the first place.
Come up north Ben somewhere around Manchester. Heaton park is a popular one 👍 let us know if your coming up to a Manchester parkrun pal so we can say hello 👋
Hi Ben, it would be lovely if you popped down to Clare Castle parkrun, where I direct. It’s not to far for you and maybe try and beat our current course record of 16:10, which has been held for nearly 5 years.
Great seeing that running is a family affair and congrats to your sister for smashing a PB. We don't have Parkruns (or very many of them) in the US. Interesting concept and would be nice to have a free 5K time trial once in a while. Congrats on all your successes Ben. You've come a very long way in the past year or so when I first started watching. The channel is taking off and so is your running. Love the content.
Hi ben come to st albans we have 2 parkruns one which is flatish and one that is pretty hilly take your pic parkrun names (jersey farm) and (st. Albans)
Hi Ben, Come down to Maidstone we have been blessed with opportunity with two parkruns the Maidstone parkrun and mote parkrun which has new million pound cafe and Maidstone parkrun has two hotels right next to it which is 1min walk away from the start line of Maidstone parkrun
Great video as always Ben! Why not come up to the Great Yarmouth Park Run on the 3rd June? It’s hosting its 100th event, be great to see there, maybe even aim to beat the male course record of 20:19? I’ll treat you to coffee and cake afterwards either way! All the best mate. 👍🏻
Ben have you ever tried starting right at the back and trying to win at the front? Giving the field about a 2 minute head start It’s a good tempo workout that’s quite a fun game. Did it before when I arrived late lol.
Get yourself over to Dulwich park run sir! Nick Bester did it recently in 14:43 so you have your line in the sand!😉💪🏻 It’s a pretty flat one mile loop so great course for a quick time!
Great Yarmouth North Beach, Sub 20! Another runner ran every Essex Parkrun in a year.. and came 1st in them all! If your schedule permits, this would be great to see along with targeting course Pb’s!
Just getting back to running after being lazy since covid times. Your mom's pb is what I am right now with 5k after able to run 5 times since I got back 2 weeks ago. Well done to your mom and to your sister's new pb.
Top effort and well supported. Marathon question! You’ve tried all the trainers and off camera with no pressure ‘what’s your marathon trainer moving forward’ basically it’s new trainer time and need your unbiased advice
I am at Daventry Parkrun this Saturday, then on the 3rd June I'll be running Somerdale Pavilion (Curly Wurly) Parkrun, it would be awesome if you were at either of them 👍🏻
Try Brentwood parkrun Ben! Not a million miles from where you live. I live in the Netherlands but my parents live in Brentwood, so it feels a little like home. Maybe if I see you running it I'll finally get round to running it myself when I next visit!
Love a bit of Parkrun content me, wonder how far your sister will want to go? Do you think she is up for going low or sub 20s? Could be interesting to see you train her for that.
You should come down to the Wimbledon Common one mate. Pretty sure it was the second ParkRun ever. You could definitely have a crack at the course record there!
Parkrun content is the best ben. Don‘t sell it short. It is so honest, hands on and familiar for lots of us. I really enjoy this „casual“ content.
Keep it up Ben and never forget to enjoy the journey.
I love the way you motored through the parkrunners when you needed to catch up with your sister.
This is the content 99% of us runners can relate too. Love the parkrun content. Ellie, you star with your new PB.

Come to Telford parkrun, average around 450 runners great atmosphere and great route!!
Maybe try Brighton! We have the seafront (Hove lawns) which is flat or Preston park. Maybe Worthing? Again another flat course.

Good to see you at Hackney 1/2 this morning - didn’t go too well for me today, but there’s always the next one!
I love parkrun! You could do one of the fastest, slowest, hilliest, parkruns with a swirl on the course etc., it would be fun to watch 😄
Beautiful family, Ben. Amazing support from you, and even greater effort from your little sister. Congrats for all of you. Keep it up, guys!
