Big thanks for watching! Who caught the Harry Potter references? If you like the concise style and want to see more, a sub to the channel would genuinely make my day! 😊
Not only did I catch the Harry Potter reference, but I also instinctively filled in most of the other blanks appropriately! "Parent/Guardian" would be Uncle Dursley, though I really doubt he'd give permission, and "Head of House" would be Professor McGonagall.
some people are upset that your videos are fast-paced, but personally i think you do this better than everybody else because even though it is fast, it is snappy and that makes it look so *efficient*
Really happy to hear that, thanks for the kind words. It‘s hard to find the balance between not wasting anyone’s time with rambling and still making every tip easy to understand, so your feedback genuinely helps with that!
When I first came to this channel, I also got the impression that the videos were too dynamic. But I quickly got used to it and now I really like Vince’s signature style, and other videos by other authors seem too boring and drawn-out :)
Thank you for your kind words, glad you enjoy them!! That‘s super motivating, especially when it takes so much time to create these videos :) Looking forward to hearing from you again on the channel!
Bro. Never change. Your every video is a masterpiece. The amount of editing you put in is insane. Honestly. Hope you earn a lot eventually and also get industry recognition like being invited to wwdc, etc because you deserve them all.
You are the best content creator. Since changing to macOS last year I have been watching all your videos and they are extremely helpful. I love that you make all videos shorts and straight to the point. Keep up the good work!
Dont know how you do this. Just amazing! Hands were a tad bit wonky but I can't complain when the video is so high value. I always look forward to your next ones.
Maybe a bit late to the party, but you wouldn’t believe how many tricks you’ve taught me already - and I’m saying that as an Mac user since El Captain. Also, huge kudos for your incredible editing and effects. Not only beautiful but helpful and fitting the whole vibe too. Definitely some master class stuff right there.
Another heartfelt and creative video from MacVince's RUclips channel. I'm truly impressed by your effort to create high-quality content. I hope you can continue to maintain your enthusiasm in every video you produce in the future. Additionally, I want to say that watching your videos has taught me some great tips on how to use a MacBook!
I learn new things on this channel and I’ve been using mac my whole life, this would be so helpful for anybody, especially if they’re new to MacOS.. just awesome
Being able to Shazam internal computer audio is all I need to know to give me enough confidence to do so without worrying about having to use my Mac's microphone to record whatever audio is playing OUTSIDE the computer, like it does on iPhone and even iPad!
Absolutely phenomenal video creation. The pace and layout of the content is just magnificent. Can't imagine the time that must go into acquiring this amount of skill. Thank you for sharing!
thank you bro, means the world to me! I started out with iMovie, and then switched over to Final Cut… Learning by doing and watching hundreds of RUclips tutorials… :D
The fast-paced videos combined with my regular x2 playback speed is an excellent combo to get the benefit and the essence of the video in no time! Thank you for the efficient format and the excellent video. You'll take off one day and get the recognition you deserve. 💜
Thank you! Glad you like the speed - I love efficient RUclips videos myself so I always try to not waste anyone's time. But I couldn't understand my own word at 2x, so kudos haha
Those are really helpful tips! The editing is amazing too and I love how you get straight to the point but it also feels a bit overwhelming and I found myself having to re-watch each tip to understand what was going on, so it'd be nice if you could take things a bit slower
I watched so many videos about mac tips and usually i know most of them but from you today I learned about 10 features or more and Ive been using a mac for years
Vince, i´m curious to undestand how you edit your videos. Would u mind sharing with us your tips and plugins? It´s just awesome and I´d love to study more... Thanks for the amazing tips btw
Thank you very much! I'll try to make a BTS video in the future. I edit with Final Cut. Until then, if you have any questions, always feel free to reach out!
Mac - this was another excellent video! The pace of your videos shows fantastic planning and likely several takes to get just right. Well done! I need to remember to watch these while at my Mac so I can do them as you demonstrate. Nothing enables learning better than a multimodal approach of watching and hearing while physically conducting. Now, if we can just get you enough RUclips cash to have you create an amazing video every 1-3 days, though would be great 👍
Thank you man! So early, didn‘t even expect any comments yet :D I‘ve licensed the wallpaper from Adobe Stock, so I can‘t publish it - but feel free to drop me a DM on Insta (@themacvince) and I‘ll send it over!
@@macvince Thank you so much for making this amazing content and telling me where the image is from. I'm also wondering, how much time do you spend editing pre video? must be a lot since the quality is amazing
@@SuperOriginal Glad I could help! The actual edit of the videos takes about 3-6 days, depending on how long/complex the video is, but I spend 1-3 weeks writing and planning the video (that‘s the most time consuming part)… Filming takes 1 day 😅 So in total 3-4 weeks per video :)
Imagine if this video was made at 60frames😍 Btw keep up the work your videos are fantastic! Just made the big switch to mac from windows and your channel has been fantastic for the last couple of days.
YOU ARE AWESOME! Thank you so much for all the work and time that you surely invest here. You make someone fall in love with a Mac again. If I were a senior executive at Apple, I would surely hire you to provide training.
were you the one that says if app not opening do keyboard shortcut cause I really eed that right now and I forgot that shortcut and for some reason app
Great video content as always. Excellent production value. Have you attached weights to that mouse or trackpad? Looks like you're getting a workout from it.
while using multiple monitors, if I have desktop 1 and 2 open on mac, and desktop 3 and 4 open on external monitor. Is there a shortcut using which I can move applications running on monitor to mac?
Nope, I edit that one in... :/ But you can increase the trackpad clicking strength in the Settings app under Trackpad, that will make the sound a bit louder.
Big thanks for watching! Who caught the Harry Potter references?
