It took me 3 years to finish this series. I can't thank you enough for sticking around and supporting this channel, supporting me. It's feels kinda funny. I'm just translating Subaru's stream, but I speak here like I'm the shit or something. I talked, complained, ranted about a bunch of stuff here in this channel for the past three years, making it all about me and not Subaru. But, you guys are really kind. Too kind even. Remember when I confessed about how I depressed I was because I almost failed college? That was 2 years ago. All of your comments really helped me get through that difficult time. I also feel kinda guilty to Subaru, because technically I'm using her to gain clout and money.
Talking about money, do you guys remember back in the day there was a dispute in the community about whether translation channels should monetize their translation or not? It was a pretty heated time. Though I turned on monetization as soon as it's available. Fun fact, I was able to fed myself for almost 2 months only using my first paycheck from youtube! It was a $115 paycheck. I don't know what $115 could buy you in U.S. In Indonesia though, you could stay fed for a month with that much money. You only need $3 to stay feed all day. I also manage to surprise my parent by paying my own college tuition for the year! Though, I'm not getting that much money anymore from here. I still get like $100 every 5 or 6 months since two years ago. But that's pretty much it. That's also why I plugged my kofi and paypal so much hehe
Well, yeah. I guess I'm retired now. I don't know if I'm going to continue Undertale series or not. I just really don't have time to translate. I know that sound corny, but like I physically can't. I could spare an hour or two every day to work on it, but I just prefer to nap or take a walk. I'm still in the middle of writing my final essay while doing my clerkship in local primary healthcare centre after all. Let's just see what will happen in the future.
Still, I won't stop making content in this channel. I've talked about this like 9 months ago in the community tab, but I want to make a medical video around VTubers. For example, I will try to explain VTubers health problems like Subaru with the hole in her heart or Fumino Tamaki with her jaw. I like learning medicine and I like watching VTubers. Why not combine both? I guess that's the plan for this channel.

Shit man, I literally binge watched the entire series you put this out on.
The route Subaru took was so fuckin' hectic I was on my toes the entire time, I loved how she chose to be Machine Connor for the entirety of the first half of the game then transitioned to Deviant Connor around the end just enough to befriend Hank, she really sounded accomplished after finally befriending him it's so cute.
Kara may have died but tbh, her side of the story is the one I least like so I'm fine with it :)

Thank you for standing out from the Vtuber clipping crowd, and as well as giving me a deeper insight into the way Subaru plays video games. I have a better idea of her personality and how she reacts to challenging questions. I may or may not have mentioned this already but as a fellow college student, I can 100% relate to your struggles in the past years. I stumbled across your channel at end of 2020 when I was about to start my bachelor thesis, so I was already in a stressful position. Now I'm literally in the same spot, but instead with my Master thesis. And BOY last year was definitely one of the toughest years in my life, exam-wise.... but what I actually want to say is, your uploading the Subaru Detroit finale really means a lot to me in this current phase of my college life. We went through a lot in our own ways, but in the end, we both successfully made it here! With only the thesis/essay standing in our way as the final challenge. I'm absolutely confident we'll make it through this together!
Of course it's a shame you're not going to continue translating. But I'm glad to hear you already have a plan B in mind. These medical videos are a great idea: in addition to combining both of your passions, which in itself is very clever, it will help your channel stand out more because TBH, it's 2023 and translations have become highly "monopolized", either directly by Hololive or large dedicated channels.
