Hi Liza thank you for sharing your journey and what you eat. I need to look at my portion size even when having a salad. I weigh my protein and carbs! Never thought you were overweight until you talked about it and looking at your side by side big difference ❤
Well done Liza, you and hubby are looking really good, relaxed, healthy and also, its amazing how much younger you both look too. Bless Dr Michael Mosely, I have his books on the benefits of intermittent fasting, and the benefits of allowing the kidneys, the liver to rest and reset. Also, Dr Tim Spector does talks, about the importance of sprinkling small amount of nuts, flaxseeds, linseeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds on breakfasts, lunch or dinner. These do boost health as they are all extra forms of fibre and protein, helping fill you up for longer, cleanse the colon, and supporting the gut and microbiome too. Also, a healthy gut supports mental health too. More people are now lessening their sugar intake (and alcohol intake). I do see clients in my practice for weight-loss, (the virtual gastric band) or for quit sugar or snacking, with motivation to exercise or release blocks, fears and phobias. I help them through hypnotherapy let go of stress and anxiety and focus on making small changes, i.e. eating 3 small meals a day with lots of filter water. Keep it up, I enjoy watching your 'real' content, you're a very inspirational couple and a lovely family too! xx🥰🤩❤❤❤

600 calories for that salad seems like a massive amount for what it is. I’m calorie counting at the minute and it seems massive especially for a lunch.
I haven't watched for a while, came across this video and thought I had the wrong channel. I didn't recognise you, you look so different, I much prefer the blond hair on you this brown is so plain and boring...there isnt much to keep me interested anymore sadly

That would be because of the dressing I used. Also the haloumi and sausage those calories all mount up don’t they, it was very filling though 😊
