Yes his recorded speed is 438.02 mph. However, keep in mind. it is a modified, one off aircraft for his own use. its not a production variant coming out from the factory for anyone whom wishes to buy one.
Aside from how scary that must have been, it's probably a good thing for the plane itself, knowing Mike it's only going to come back better and faster! I absolutely love all his builds!
How can leave the Turbine Legend off this list? If the PC-21 earns top spot, a Garrett 331-10 powered Legend making 1150/shp will outperform every AC on this list

Mike Pateys Turbulence is the Best out there. So sad its engine exploded. 😢

I loved the T-6B. I wish I had one. The bubble cockpit was amazing. Great visibility. Good aerobatic capabilities, and so much fun to fly.
