Another great interview, Caroline! We now have a much clearer picture of what was happening on October 7th, especially from the perspective of the first responders. I think that those of us who have never had the opportunity to visit Israel have an image of a civilian population well prepared, many of whom had served in the Israeli military, and were ready to defend their homes and their families. I had the idea that many Israeli citizens are armed as are the Swiss, which is apparently not universally true. Nonetheless, those civilians who were armed or at least trained in the use of firearms, joined ad hoc combat groups with police, and made a difference. The anecdotes of the battle as it unfolded were riveting. Thank you! I'm glad that you have your Glock, Caroline, and are trained to use it!

Footage was shown to so-called journalists and UN delegates who went right back to the disinformation campaign ten minutes later without skipping a beat. The IDF had a go too and rounded up a bunch of newspaper hacks to show footage to. Same result. Even if you convince them it happened they'll just switch to victim blaming and making up justifications in a desperate attempt to defend the criminals. People will say what they want to say, and they won't let minor insignificant things like the truth stand between them and their payday no matter how many minutes, hours, weeks or months of footage you show them.

I am sitting listening to this & wondering if our Australian police would react & fight in this way after what we saw them doing & behaving like during the plandemic that we had in 2020. I have lost faith in them since then & see them as an enemy when it comes to protecting us, after you see their bizarre behaviour after October 7th last year. You could even argue that the death of a 19-year old enlisted soldier, who hasn't had time to have children and leave a legacy, is much sadder than that of a civilian in his 70s who has lived a good life and has had children ( btw I'm over 60 myself). And many 19-year old soldiers have died in Gaza.😢
