I have seen some of ur videos..n all are quite good n practical...M a govt. banker n specially I watched n liked this video bcs m facing lot of problem while asking for leave in office...even though I have enough earn leave still my boss is openly saying that U dont have any kind of leave.. dont take leave.. M in SBI n even if I want to take Sabbatical leave..management will not approve this...N m in great need of taking sabbatical leave..but afraid that management will not approve this..pls help me how to approach...!!
@swaatigautam111 I am also in SBI. I had serious leg injury and was hospitalised. All I can say was that I was treated like a criminal. The threatening letters my boss wrote to me still haunt me. SBI work culture is just shit. Everyone thinks they're God or Dharmaraj Yudhishthir and we are their students, they lack even basic respect. And then they wonder why the attrition rate is so high.
@@kartiktandi1099 will make me wdout pay.. which I really dont care...!! Then management will sent notice .. to show proper reason wd proof that why m on leave... If i take sick leave then bank can set up a medical board where bank's doctor check if an employee is actually sick in real or not.. they will sent some other staff to my home and If I have submitted some medical documents regarding leave..then they can also verified it by visiting that hospital or clinic from where I have prepared those documents ... They will continue threat u make u get in pressure that U have committed a crime...
Going to try this today. I have asked for a long leave but he said no initially and then said "we'll discuss later". Hopefully I'll have a good update for this! Update: Mission failed successfully 😂 I thought I'd do this method but I went into panic mode and just started crying in front of my manager. We had a discussion about my work and how I felt over-looked etc. At the end I got my leave so that's all that matters ig 😅

Sir my boss is so insensitive he did not give leaves when my mother got paralysed, after few days she died,I got only two days leave that also when I requested him a lot.He was not willing to give me the leaves.
MOST APT CONTENT on Sarkari employees.There is an old saying. Whenever a DOG chew on a dry bone its gum bleed and it thinks that blood is coming from the bone and it again chew it harder.Ultimately damaging Its teeth and gums. I have seen many very high ranking Government employees who die within two to three years of retirement as they are unable to digest the loss of hugely undeserved perks and authority!
