Man that car was a beast back then and still a beast by today’s standards! And great looking too! With that body color combination!

That old LT-4 sounds so much nicer than any LS engine. Underated for sure probably 350-360 hp

3:40 that's the 93-96 dash. 97-02 had a different dash. This must have been an early early model of something. 97 had the old front end but new tail lights and interior.

Yup. 97 was a one year model due to its classic front end and with the 3 color taillights. I prefer the 93-96 taillights. My 94 z is wonderful!

Dream car, I thought they changed the dash in 97

You are correct...looks-wise I always thought this was the best 4th gen...new, better dash and the more aggressive face....

I love Motorweek especially the old reviews, but 109 mph is a straight lie lol. Idk how they got that but no one on Earth has ever duplicated a 109 mph pass in a stock LT4 Maro. That's a good run in a stock 6 speed C5 Corvette.

2nd gen LT1 is awesome. LT4 is even Awesomer!

I have fun with my 97. 96-97 had 285hp because of the dual Cats. It's an auto. Mine has a blueprint 4 bolt corvette spec engine with edelbrock lt1 heads and BBK shorty headers. I used to hate autos but after my accident left my left knee weak, now I'm glad I have it.

So they wanted an extra $13,000 for 25 more horsepower with the same amount of torque being a few tenths of a second quicker.

      I'm 5 foot 4. I've driven many f bodies and still own a 2002 z28 with a 4 inch cowl hood. I've had the car over 17 years. You'll be fine.

I had the 89 trans am indy pace car and it was 8 years older but it would eat this Camero through the slalom or around the pylons
