- MAC had their first event today and the company is off to a fantastic start. In the video I discuss some of the highlights and unfortunately some of the technical issues they faced during this event.

Glad you liked the event! We put a ton of work into streamlining the event and getting multi angle replays working. Unfortunately the spot we had production equipement setup had very little airflow and got way hotter than expected and that's what actually cause the streaming pc to overheart and shut down the stream. We had everything recording on a seperate unit so we didnt lose any footage but the stream did go down twice because of it :( we pulled a fan into the back spot and that fixed the overheating and stream went on as planned. Really was unfortunate that happened :( we had a few other small hickups but I think overall Im happy with how things turned out.
Hey mate, yeah, no worries, there's always teething issues with the first few events to get everything perfect. I wasn't too fussed by the stream dropping as I knew there would be an unforeseen technical issue causing the problem. We've had our camera's overheat mid event as well and had to constantly turn them on and off in between rounds to get them to record everything. There's a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff which can go wrong, but the good thing is it'll be fixed for the next event :)
To clarify, Heidi and Jocelyn wanted their match to be WAF rules. I think because of rankings possibly.

Had my first super match there exactly one year in my arm wrestling journey. 3rd one in the prelims, check it out! The event was amazing.

Mildly disappointing IMO. Could not rewind livestream to review anything. In an outage of the livestream, I tried to go out and come back in to reload the stream....nope, no go...going right back to where I bought it showed that I was required to pay all over again. I did so because with Aussie AW discount each purchase was only $12. Not the end of the world.
Matches were good despite technical problems.
Would buy again but more work on tech end is needed.

Yeah, understandable mate, I'm sure the guys really appreciate your support and love you to give it a go for the next event also. Streaming online is a lot more difficult than people realise as there are so many factors that can go wrong. Overheating, loose cables, unexpected errors, poor network connection, program issues, stream key malfunctions.... all of which can occur regardless of the level of planning. I'm sure the next event will solve the issues that were present at this one :)
