i turned time 1 to romania and time to kathmandu nepal but it shows the wrong time and can we change the display to black like yours mine is norman

If it shows the wrong time, could be the DST setting. Try to turn it off first :)

About the display, it's also possible to modify it by changing the polarizer sticker of the lcd.
