I really loved the editing and this walking style, changing rooms video, because to me it shows that you are seeing your job in more creative and serious way, you are well prepared, you invested your time and thought in it. To be honest, I am kind of bored with that old classic youtube style where people just sit down and talk about things and sometimes they don't even remeber names, sites, ingredients, you name it. So, please, continue filming in this way, it was so refreshing!
hahahahaha your “i know i know i know i know” about the socks kills me. i ALSO just spent $40 on like 3 pairs of socks for the ~quality~ and while paying part of my soul withered away into the wind. and unfortunately my feet totally feel the difference because the socks are amazing 😭

Idk why but I think you should try some fig fragrances. Maybe I’m being influenced by the green vibes? Try Gris Charnel or Indigo by Nest. Both are cozy yet interesting

Late to the party, but just ordered the markers and the book. Always feel the same about "regular" adult coloring books. They're kind of overstimulating! So excited for this one.... it has been too long since I nurtured my creative side. Thanks, Jamie. :)

Absolutely agree with the sock idea. I did this last year and I got cute ones that add to my outfit and it makes all the difference. Now it’s fun for me to chose my socks and I get compliments all the time at work.
Try The Different Company Majaina Sin! It's so delicious and cozy but sophisticated. I get notes of amber, sweet maple wood, bourbon vanilla, a bit of warm spice, and overall it's just so good I don't have words to describe it!
Would love u to continue to update ur experience with the Aura ring. I’ve heard a lot of reviews saying it hasn’t been accurate with tracking their sleep. Like it often saying they’re asleep when they aren’t etc. which would defeat the purpose for me.

i love my Oura!!! but agreed, i essentially use it just for sleep tracking. i loved my old Fitbit and how accurate it was with steps, etc. but i wanted something *aesthetic* that didn't look like i was trying to be an athlete lmao

I just got an Oura ring this week! Trying to manage stress, improve my sleep, and also to track my basal temp.
I also picked up crochet in the last year and absolutely love it! If you're interested in doing something really cool, look into making your own sourdough starter and begin making sourdough bread and sourdough cinnamon rolls (absolute favorite). You will feel so accomplished once your sourdough starter (my kids named my starter Monroe😂) begins really growing and you start making amazing things with it!! ❤

have you heard of the perfume house zoologist? theyre a niche brand based in toronto so i've been lucky enough to smell them all in person and they make really unique scents! a little pricey but every scent is based on an animal and the house works with different perfumers around the world. the art is also SO CUTE (you'll see, i want to collect all the bottles just as home decor at this point). its hard to blind buy but they offer sample kits as well. a few crowd pleasing ones that i love are hummingbird, cow, nightingale, snowy owl, penguin, camel and harvest mouse! i personally also love moth but its a little bit of a quirky scent, very gothic and spicy
I love Dossier!! Floral marshmallow is one of my faves. Ambery vanilla and gourmand white flowers are also great!
Nothing beats Killian Angel’s share as a signature scent. I also love Tim ford tobacco vanilla and Jo Malone wood sage and sea salt or blush suede and peony

I started coloring more this past year when I wanted to do something creative without diving into a full blown creative art project. You should check out the Pepin Press Artist Coloring Books. They are coloring books that are printed on high quality art/drawing paper so you can use different mediums on them. The have have super complex ones like the traditional adult ones and more simple ones, my personal favorite of them is the 1950s Fashion one.

I think you would love Maison Crivelli’s Lys Solaberg. It is not quite popular but it’s very sophisticated and you will smell clean but not citrusy. And quite unique in my humble opinion. It lasts a long time too. The samples you can get from scent split.

Perfume suggestion?
Clean Reserve, Skin scent ( *not Clean Reserve Classic, just Clean Reserve). Sounds weird, a scent named Skin, I know, but it's so cozy, it suits most people, and great for layering 😊❤ I always get complimented when I wear it.

my 2024 fragrance is Angel's Share by Killian! it is DUMB expensive but holy cow, it's a smoky gourmand that's so mature without being "old", and vanilla-ish without being juvenile. Reminds me of a mysterious art curator sipping a cappuccino on a rainy day *chefs kiss*

I liked baccarat rouge 540…except for the saffron note so I returned it. A dupe I tried was Burberry Her made by the same perfumer who made baccarat rouge and I love it! No saffron note and more strawberry/berry scented but like 90% baccarat rouge. At a much better price and lasts all day ❤

I haven’t tried baccarat rouge 540 (dreaming to one day) but I think that scent profile is one I gravitate towards so you may like some of these. I do have the “I don’t need a prince to be a princess” by Kilian which I think that dossier perfume dupes based on the description. It’s a little too marshmallow for me but I do love The Only One by Dolce and Gabana, Her by Burberry (my all time signature scent), Black Tulip by Nest and I just smelled the new Black Opium (the one in the red bottle) and it’s so nice. Way better than the original. Also been dying to try the Dedcool brand. 🥰🥰
