Hmm... intermittent fasting is the best one among others. But one thing Gowtami. Even i did and still doing atleast 4 to 5 days in the week. First month will loose 4 kgs. 2nd month kuda 4 kgs taggutamemi ani happy feel avvakudadu. 1st month lose is water. 2nd month nundi fat burn start avutadi. I lost only 2 kgs hardly . Like wise I lost 9 kgs.
