For Sekiro i would say Juzou the Drunkard (it's a miniboss, but it's so annoying that i dont care), because you have to fight him alongside like 10 enemies, and you had to have killed other 20, so if you get twoshotted by him, you have to retry everything.
And if you hate Four kings more than bed, that means your builds don't do exactly damage (that's why the very large ember is in that area in particular, also his damage is mostly magic, so you can counterpick using magic armor or spells) or you try to dodge away from their attacks (they do less damage as close you are, so if you run, you take alot more).

I really truly disagree that Godskin Duo is a bad boss.
The point about summons feeling forced is an odd one to me because the developers very, very clearly WANT players to use the summons. There's a lot of thought and effort put into the summons and it's very reductive to say that because a boss encourages the use of them that the boss is bad or thoughtless.
    The thought was summons.
As for them not working together well, I also really disagree. They're both fast but they have really complementary movesets. Noble has a lot of gap closing attacks while Apostle has more stationary attacks. I found it pretty easy to keep them separated even before the AI update.
Last, because of how their summon mechanics work, it's super easy to just kill one and then alternate between 1v1s. I think a mistake a lot of people make is killing Apostle first. Noble first helps a lot imo.

As long as you use the fire umbrella, you can safely deflect all attacks from DoH's fire arm, and the rest of his body attacks can be deflected normally. Being able to brute force it doesn't make the boss fight good. If you try to fight them with a low vit build it's just horribly bad, they input read and chuck fireballs at you, they have the same movement speed so separating them is not only super annoying, but also pointless, they can hit you through level geometry (especially the Noble with his charged poke, he can easily hit you through the pillar), oh, and those fireballs? Good luck dodging them when you can't even see them coming because the godskins can throw those fireballs THROUGH each other.
I've played the whole game with Vyke's Spear (well, after I got it that is) and 40 vit, It's the only boss in the game that I used a summon for

Kinda what I hate about the game. It's a number crunching, grinding exploit-fest and it's been balanced for that.
None of the bosses have given me the feeling of fighting an epic duel because the generic bosses are far too easy and basic, and the mainline bosses are BS that expect you to pull out the cakewalk items, making them either nothing but a footnote or an impassible wall if you choose to be a classic pure melee.
I'm 70 hours in, got like 5 bosses left and rn I can confidently say The Pursuer and Iudex Gundyr easily are better designed than every boss I've faced.
Heck, I'd take the damn Belfry Gargoyles or the Capra Demon over most of the bosses
You would not believe how many times I died to bosses in previous souls game, but I could myself getting better each time until I nailed em.
I've not felt that in ER.

Witches of Hemwick is a cakewalk, but it's not aggravating to fight them. Micolash and Rom are by far the worst two bosses in Bloodborne (and maybe Laurence as well). Both are just painfully frustrating to fight, and neither are satisfying to beat, other than the satisfaction that you don't have to fight them again (unless you go to the chalice dungeons, where you have to fight Rom again lmao)
