    So glad I'm doing this. It's really helping me get back in touch with my body after a year long depression nap 😂🙏 The instructor is so wholesome and encouraging!

    I did this yoga today on February 1st, 2021 and I’m glad you made this 30 days of yoga for losing weight. I’m diabetic and deal a lot with depression, anxiety, stress, and burn out. This yogas is helping me along with practicing meditation. I am thankful for you making this. Namaste. 😊

      @@KarolineTheEmpath i have been doing yoga on off for many years. But last year I hardly did any workout and gained so much weight. So I am starting with this program. I will move on to other programs after.

    Generally, I have breakfast in the morning and then have a snack after six in the evening. These are the daily meals I eat and I drink less water. I am setting my goals towards those that must change.

    I'm feeling great! Usually by day 3 i want to quit the squats/cruches/etc. Challenges but this one is so relaxing and makes me feel in tune with my body

    Never thought I’d enjoy yoga, but since the covid_19 lockdown I’ve finally got the time to give yoga a try.... and I love it! Having been a gym/circuit CV fan I never realised how much I would enjoy this more calming, relaxing form of exercise. Will definitely continue with this 30 day challenge.

    I've been working out n eating healthy for years.. I've surely got a comparably healthy body rn, but currently on a plateau...this morning when I checked my scale I was so upset and with that negative feeling came to start over the practice...The last part of the video is really wonderful it motivated me in no time... thank you

    I'm really enjoying this 3 days in. I'm also very curious to see how many different yoga outfits our instructor has🤣🤣 30 days, will they all be different??🤷‍♂️

    I am fan of your's. I have never seen anyone who is teaching yoga so smooth and mindfulness with every move so beautifully.

    Thank you Julia! I’m loving this, and I’m not trying to lose weight! I’m learning so much ! I’m 68 and have only been practicing for a year, but I’m happy to familiarize myself now with the language and the lessons, most of which I’ve already learned but need to actually hear my instructor talk and explain deeper! And everything coming out of your mouth is truth! My body and mind have evolved so much and it all makes sense! What’s the coolest thing in the world is this: stay firm and committed and one day you will wake up and look forward to your yoga practice. I actually research and review yoga lessons to see what I need! 🙏🧘‍♀️

    Honestly I never really cared to do yoga but after finding some of the yoga for pregnancy I changed my mind. Julia though has really sparked a love and appreciation for yoga. I've cried a few times from some of her videos.

    it's great...and i think yoga is way much better than exercise.it just relaxes the whole body,gives strength and also releases body pains.i love it

    This is the best weight loss challenge I have ever done. I actually look forward to doing these workouts. I'm a complete beginner and as challenging as it is, it's not overwhelming or exhausting. I love it!

    I have really enjoyed this so far! I almost wish the videos were longer I love it that much! I reallyyyy struggle doing downward dog as i have no strength and my knees hyperextend other than that I have been really impressed with myself!

    Brilliant program you are amazing. Not good RUclips put adds on a yoga workout esp less than 30 mins and sometimes more than 1 totally ruins the flow.

    This is a really great series for beginner yoga. I've taken yoga classes before but always felt lost because we were being told to do certain things but not broken down like this and the "why" wasn't explained. This is really helpful! Thanks!

    Hi Julia - I'm enjoying your yoga videos very much. In Day 3 video (approx. 1:28-4:30) you're sitting with legs folded under you, your bottom sitting on your heels with ankles in a deep bend, soles up. I'm unable to sit comfortably in that position. I'm wondering if you could please suggest an alternative sitting position?

    Hello dear Julia, I’m training with you since February, I love all your videos and the meditation with you is awesome. I’ve been training for around an hour everyday and last month I’ve been hiking 40km till the top of a mountain and I had pain in my knees. I’ve been coming back and training same, I’ve noticed that my knees are more sensitive than before. Right now, they are hurting me so badly, Even when I walk. Any advice? I wouldn’t like to let go of my trainings. Thanks a lot, stay safe you all!

    Does anyone have results to share regarding inches loss/weight loss? I've quickly tried to look through a lot of responses, but haven't seen anything. I really enjoyed the video, even though I hate planks! I love the way the instructor talks us through it.

    I love how I stopped stressing over the numbers on the scale because of this. I do have one question, does this program work well for women with PCOS?

      You might want to ask your doctor regarding that. From what I see, it's a low impact exercise that is great for stress reduction and losing weight.

    What kind of yoga mat do you recommend for hard floors. My cheap one just isn’t enough. When I do poses like downward dog or table top my wrists really hurt.
