I did this yoga today on February 1st, 2021 and I’m glad you made this 30 days of yoga for losing weight. I’m diabetic and deal a lot with depression, anxiety, stress, and burn out. This yogas is helping me along with practicing meditation. I am thankful for you making this. Namaste. 😊

I've surely got a comparably healthy body rn, but currently on a plateau...this morning when I checked my scale I was so upset and with that negative feeling came to start over the practice...The last part of the video is really wonderful it motivated me in no time... thank you

What’s the coolest thing in the world is this: stay firm and committed and one day you will wake up and look forward to your yoga practice. This is the best weight loss challenge I have ever done. I actually look forward to doing these workouts. I'm a complete beginner and as challenging as it is, it's not overwhelming or exhausting. I love it!
I have really enjoyed this so far! I almost wish the videos were longer I love it that much! I reallyyyy struggle doing downward dog as i have no strength and my knees hyperextend other than that I have been really impressed with myself!

Hi Julia - I'm enjoying your yoga videos very much. In Day 3 video (approx. 1:28-4:30) you're sitting with legs folded under you, your bottom sitting on your heels with ankles in a deep bend, soles up. I'm unable to sit comfortably in that position. I'm wondering if you could please suggest an alternative sitting position?
Hello dear Julia, I’m training with you since February, I love all your videos and the meditation with you is awesome. I’ve been training for around an hour everyday and last month I’ve been hiking 40km till the top of a mountain and I had pain in my knees. I’ve been coming back and training same, I’ve noticed that my knees are more sensitive than before. Right now, they are hurting me so badly, Even when I walk. Any advice? I wouldn’t like to let go of my trainings. Thanks a lot, stay safe you all!

What kind of yoga mat do you recommend for hard floors. My cheap one just isn’t enough. When I do poses like downward dog or table top my wrists really hurt.

it's great...and i think yoga is way much better than exercise.it just relaxes the whole body,gives strength and also releases body pains.i love it

Brilliant program you are amazing. Not good RUclips put adds on a yoga workout esp less than 30 mins and sometimes more than 1 totally ruins the flow.

I love how I stopped stressing over the numbers on the scale because of this. I do have one question, does this program work well for women with PCOS?
You might want to ask your doctor regarding that. From what I see, it's a low impact exercise that is great for stress reduction and losing weight.
