Hey, really cool videos! I own a 2019 GTS... I'm trying to decide on an exhaust for the same and your choice is interesting and a bit off the beaten path since I haven't seen a lot of people on the forums do the RB sport/race . I was wondering if you could comment on the loudness particularly at freeway speeds and any drone? Have you had the chance to listen to this exhaust in direct comparison to any of the goodwinracing stuff?
Thank you for your comment, I enjoyed reading it :) Yeah. GWR is name of the game. I gave Racing Beat a try because (a) didn't want to go by the beaten path, same as you (b) they're the only ones who publish db measurements for their mufflers (c) they're local to CA, I called them and they seem to be chill folks (d) muffler is reasonably cheap, so if I don't like I can swap with something else. I did hear GWR SuperStreet single tip on another car and I thought it'd a bit too loud for me. I think this one is in-between HKS Legamax Premium and GWR SuperStreet single tip. I'm going to go to a Miata meet-up in a week or so, hopefully will have a chance to compare in person. On highway it's like extra lower-frequency background from the back of the car, you hear it, but it's not making a substantial difference to my ears in terms of overall noise level. The only scenario I found where it's noticeably louder on highway is 2nd gear slow traffic, and especially so if moving next to a wall. BTW, I just published the video about the exhaust, check it out :)

Nothing better than driving a Miata up 9 on a nice day 👌
I'm with you on that one!
Miata
My ND2 and I miss that road. We have requests; 9 from Skyline to 236, Ice Cream Grade and Skyline from to Alice's. I'm sure we'll have more. 😂
These all are good roads indeed. I'll add them to my queue to record :)
I notice how you tilt your head when you turn haha!
Yeah. It's a stupid habit :)
what exaust does this have
