Don’t get us wrong, sailing through magnificent jaw dropping fjords is UNREAL. We haven’t been swimming with marine life and spearfishing in a while so we are STOKED! We love changing things up though, the greatest part of the lifestyle! 😊

Always love the videos. How funny, beer while you wait at customs office. Now why can't they offer that at the local DMVs here in the states? Would make having to go there much more enjoyable:-) Sorry about hooking the fish, guess there goes the fish eyed soup recipe. Glad that you two are back in your happy place:-)
I am a new subscriber. I love the layout of the Hunter 420. 2 questions. 1) How does the boat handle rough seas? 2) How do you like the dingy mount on the stern, with a folding sea? Love the videos!
Welcome! 🤗 We actually have a Hunter 42 which is a completely different model. Different layout and different build than the 420. We’ve had no complaints with how she handles and no issues with the dinghy mount on the stern. Put it up on the deck for one ocean crossing as a precaution but realized there was no issue and kept it stern mounted for the 2nd transatlantic!
And that folks, is sailing. Now its snack time. Good to great snacks on a 460nm passage matters. West bound and spinnaker down-we're gonna do what they said can't be done- Cross the Atlantic again... Take in a few snacks along the way, drink our fill of Bahama Mamma's and enjoy the clearest waters on the planet. Nice fish Travis. I almost envisioned the famous Jaws movie scene, where Quint sees his line twitch a bit before landing the big one. Lose a line, rig a new one. See I trick um to the surface Chief Brody- then I jab at them- though their "eye" with a gaff which pisses him off and then he proceeds to eat the transom outta my boat. We're flying along at 8 knots. That's not flying along Steph-50 knots above the water is flying along just say'n. Not sure where you two are... at this very moment in real time, but the F50 SailGP series will be in Bermuda on May 4th & 5th. Stay safe out there, crew of Jibsea.
