I saw the title and Claudios name and I turned it on immediately. Coheed is my favorite rock band of all time. Their music was the music that I learned how to play the drums off of, and I think that Claudio has one of the best and most recognizable voices I have heard. I'm listening to the new album and of course, it's incredible. Amazing interviews and great work.
@Danny Dogg I feel you boss. I have read the first couple comics but that's one area I don't follow as much cause I've never been a big comic book guy. But at some point I need to get them all just to have the whole story.
Probably the best band I’ve ever seen live. Claudio is the coolest guy. The full experience of the comics tying into the music. Coheed is an absolute gem that is not nearly treasured enough.
Claudio Sanchez is such a nice guy! As a massive Coheed fan this was actually a super insightful interview. Pretty mind blown that Halo had such a hand in inspiring In Keeping Secrets of Silent Earth: 3
Great interview. It's cool that he's so down to earth. Definitely one of my top favorite bands the last 15 years. They are just so consistent and so good (and amazing live). And they did it again with the new album. Not that I'm surprised. Thanks for a great video.
20 years later and people are still sleeping on Claudio. The dude is an incredible talent. Everything he does is worth checking out. I've been a long time fan of his music and his stories since the beginning. Not as much a fan of the newer stuff but it's still good.

I don't know if Coheed has the draw, especially to that audience, for their own Fortnight concert, but I could see Fortnight doing a music festival & Coheed as one of the headliners for the Rock/Metal section. Claudio, full afro, would be a sweet skin.
I remember when I learned that Coheed and Cambria had comics based off of their albums I had to get them. Then I learned that Claudio was going to be at comic con one year a long time ago, and was able to get him to sign some of the ones both me and my brother had. I’ve got them in storage somewhere and really need to find them. I thought that was the coolest thing to have your music tell a story and have that story also told in a different medium like comics.
I used to use the saved music function on the original Xbox to play IKSOSE:3 as the soundtrack to halo: combat evolved’s campaign mode. I had no idea. That the game in part fueled or inspired the album. 😊
Not surprising at all, back in the day I used to always say and ask ppl if the first few albums reminded them of halo at all and everyone always said no.
Came back to this interview after Fortnite launched its guitar hero game mode because while it would be cool to see a character from the Amory wars be in Fortnite or maybe a member of the band I would also not want that because of how annoying it would be for kids who’ve never heard of them to think that because of this collab they’ve become super popular.

Claudio's vocals are truly one of a kind. So glad you enjoyed the interview!

Same
Always loved Claudio and his wife. Used to serve them coffee back in the day. They're very good people and super nerdy. This was fun to watch.
whereeee
Ha really?!?! What were they like?? Any stories??
You can't just say that and NOT tell us a story!

Being a casual fan and only hearing his singing voice, I did not expect Claudio to sound like that lol.

No one sleeping bro

Have always said Welcome Home is just the Tetris theme, often jump between the two whenever I'm tuned down a half-step for fun.
i can't stop listening to Comatose. so good 🥲🤟🏾🌈✨️
I'm still hooked on Liars Club haha
@@DeVanteChisolm if I was in love that song would prob hit different but the blatant cynicism of Comatose really reels me in rn

Dude they did a cruise. They can do fortnite
Yes! A disappearing act is my fave track on the new album, its so different and yet it fits coheed so well.
Terrible track
He's true about Welcome Home and Tetris! I hear it in my head now.
Been listening to that song for ever, and never connected the dots until now. Mind blown.

I remember I bought some of them at bedrock comic store.
That's awesome! I was introduced to Coheed and Cambria with Welcome Home and the first thing that came into my mind was exactly this: "Tetris!"
Dude i heard Vaxis II. I loved it man! Glad to see the old Halo games greatly influenced my favorite Coheed and Cambria albums
This is so cool to see! In middle school I went to sleep listening to second stage turbine blade every night
How have I missed this till now!? So awesome!
I Really enjoy hearing Claudio's Thoughts and ideas and just him in lose interview enviroments he is so nice and smart and comes off super genuine!!
Claudio
I don’t know if you’ll ever see this
But just know that I think you are the most creative songwriter in the history of music.
Coheed and Cambria should make a halo album for halo. Just makes sense!!!
I used to use the saved music function on the original Xbox to play IKSOSE:3 as the soundtrack to halo: combat evolved’s campaign mode. I had no idea. That the game in part fueled or inspired the album. 😊
The special thanks page in IKSSE3 has all Claudio's nerdy stuff in it.
Coheed is the best live band in the world.
Nice interview
Thanks!
I can't unhear the Tetris theme in Welcome Home now.
I'm a simple man. I see Coheed, I click. 🤷🏾♂️
The intro to A Disappearing Act to me reminds me of The Killers.
Where is the video mentioned at the end of the reaction to hellsinger?
Lord Claudio
I remember listening to the writing writer in my head while playing halo infinite.
I don't see this other reaction video you speak of at the end.
It’s nowhere to be found.
coheed and cambria is a legend
Not surprising at all, back in the day I used to always say and ask ppl if the first few albums reminded them of halo at all and everyone always said no.
Claudio is my favorite 1
I NEED AN AMORY WARS VIDEO GAME
I’m waiting for a Coheed/ CoD Vanguard collaboration
this is cool
Coheed/Tetris Mashup. It's gonna happen now...

Hi
Give me a Claudio skin in Fortnite with his double neck Gibby as a pickaxe and I'll come back to the game
Love cohered and Cambria and halo but after playing Bungies Destiny it's like halo but only better hard too explain.

Put the characters in dead by daylight!
Coheed & Cambria blows
BLOWS UP YOUR SPEAKERS YEAHHHHH
Coheed is insanely good.
